coping is hiding from reality by ignoring the fact cancer is going to eat you from the inside of your ass to your lungs until you choke to death on an overgrowth of blood and tumors….or until you lay bleeding out with the lower half of your body as ground meat as your face burns from the gasoline of the car wreck

sorry i made you think about your rotting meat sack and the little meat sacks you’ve sentenced to violent demises for your own entertainment - it obviously triggered you to where you had to deflect from reality with a quip and humor

….thats all you can really do other than acknowledge what’s coming for you and the kids you’ve sentenced to the same for your own selfishness, right?

got clean and thought it would last and didnt seem like a great use of time to be discussing drugs when trying not to think of them.

i actually don’t want to think of the past either i should remove my past from my sig.

all i can do is deal with the present and prepare for the future. the past is a waste of time
 
I loved getting Sober. It had helped my health a lot once withdrawals and paws had subsided.

Now it is all about Harm reduction because withdrawals caused me a lot of painful disabilities for sure.

It's wonderful to have that Safety net As Well. My 2 cent.

I've always wondered why there isn't a crowdsourcing type thing for medical/prescription/dental bills. I know it's extremely complicated but there are some hardcore statisticians, advocates, and analysts out there.

It'd be interesting to see who's paying what for this or that service compared to what others are paying.

That's very interesting, because on the news sometimes you hear of the most random uses of GoFundMes. People trying to make a statement or prove a point.

What do you know about this crowdsourcing - where is this going on?

I know there are coupon type websites out there that compare prices at stores. I can't remember where it was but some reporter did this thing where they had a bunch of people send in their medical bills so that they could do an analysis and compare to see how much people were being forced to pay differently. On the consumer side of things we've got to keep companies honest as best we can.

I'm glad you don't have financial issues with your medication.

Do you ever have problems paying for your medicines? I'm on Medicaid and I use a discount card at the pharmacy but I'm always interested in what other people do to get through medical stuff.
 
Just a second of being on topic, then you all can continue with the current path:

I guess the most expensive drug I ever took was some LSD I bought with BTC on the Dark Net back in 2012. BTC was around $10 .00 so I calculate that I paid almost $90,000.00 per hit in today's BTC value ...

Ouch !

The bright point is I saved the excess Bitcoin I had mined and not used on the transaction, which was a bit over 17 BTC...

So overall, a happy mistake because I still have most of it and it is worth way more than I had ever anticipated
