I was watching a commercial for methylnaltrexone, which is basically just naltrexone except it cannot cross the blood brain barrier when methylated. This medicine basically induces opioid withdrawal but only in your peripheral body. Its designed for one reason: to relieve opioid constipation. I imagine its quite effective and leads to excreteting your entire soul. I believe there is also some naloxone version.

Anyways.... I was thinking, what if someone one was to use these drugs for a few weeks before trying to quit opioids completely. By then, your only withdrawal symptoms should be CNS and mental, right? You wouldn't feel sick in your body. Would that make withdrawal easier?

Just a random idea

Seems a bit extreme for something that is typically relieved by 60ml of milk of magnesia and a round of Miralax lol

Edit: sorry, as for your question I can't really tell ya. Never messed with any of it.
