I really like watching this youtube channell about this homeless guy working in Japan. I cant link the vid here for some reason. Japan seems like a pretty dystopian place no labour rights even

There is apparently an obligation to your employers /team leaders in Japan to have team building sessions during a week night especially amongst office workers, this involves getting so drunk that alot of workers don't make their trains home and have to sleep at the substation .
There was a documentary/film made about it called Saleryman

Ya Japan is weird. If my boss called me at 1am i would break his fucking jaw first thing in the morning. These guys need labour rights. I can see why the Japanese red army faction wanted to do away with the state of Japan entirely
 
It must be exhausting
I know this can be the same in alot of big cities but some of the workers were leaving at 3.30 am to get several tube lines to work .

The workers really get taken advantage of there. No pay for overtime or even weekends sometimes.

Japan sounds fun maybe if your a rich white guy who can speak the language
