Is 2 injections of invega considered long term antipsychotic use?
You probably don’t want to hear it but I would say yes. But invegatorture got 2 shots and recovered in 9 months so maybe you will also recoverIs 2 injections of invega considered long term antipsychotic use?
Its not about recovery, i want to know if 2 injections can damage the grey matter to the point where you areno longer cognitively, creatively, and memory wise where you were before the injections. I am a writer, i need a functioning brain. Right now i dont feel my cognition, memory, and creativity/ imagination is where it was before invega. I do eat a lot of fish, almonds, and eggs to prevent brain damage. You probably don’t want to hear it but I would say yes. I did some searching and ai said that for studies purpose, long term use is considered 2 years or more of use. I couldnot find a set definition of whatis considered long term use. Long term use can cause tardive dyskinesia but that is seen mostly in people who have taken the drug continously for over a year.
I also dont know if the damage to brain is always there or only in some cases.
Stress, aging, depression and other things can also lower grey matter but how is that damage compared to damage caused by invega (if there is)...i dont know.
Your statement about invega making permanent changes to the dopamine structure of the brain is not true though, people generally start to feel alcohol, weed, etc after invega. Again, i dont know a case where feeling those things were permanently lost, if you know such cases, let me know.
No.Is 2 injections of invega considered long term antipsychotic use?
@Trueart2 would you care to share the issues faced by the 20% people who dont recover. Also any issues faced by people who partially recover. It would be nice to have percentages of what issues people face most. There’s many cases in the Invega Documentary where people permanently lose their ability to feel substances, along with a bandwidth of other issues. It’s about a 20% chance you don’t recover from Invega if your on bluelight.
So you dont agree with @rawbanana when he says a single injection is long term use. What would be considered long term use?

I’m at 5 months. It doesn’t really do anything anymore. Previously it was 100% effective for my ADHD. I’m hoping it’ll start working again soon. What month are you? What effect do you feel? I used to take it
I thought ability to feel substances comes back? There’s many cases in the Invega Documentary where people permanently lose their ability to feel substances, along with a bandwidth of other issues. It’s about a 20% chance you don’t recover from Invega if your on bluelight.
Does the data from the invegadoc show what percentage of people recovered 100% without any issues?2 shots is generally fine when it comes to recovery. Once a person gets past 8 or more shots then it becomes extremely detrimental imo
I understand. I was a creative as well. I was a really passionate person and I really want that person back but in reality I don’t know for sure if it comes back. It hasn’t for me.Its not about recovery, i want to know if 2 injections can damage the grey matter to the point where you areno longer cognitively, creatively, and memory wise where you were before the injections. Yes omg no one speaks about itdoes anyone else here have ocd and have been getting more intrusive thoughts as result of invega? this truly is hell on earth
How many shotsFeeling better today, just 3 month and one week and i already feel my brain is starting to come back. Started having classes learning a language, so i will have something to keep busy. Maybe well start doing tennis classes as well. I'm still in bed most of the time but I'm starting to feel like a human.
I’m close to ending it all myself. This is unbearable. Every invasive thought I have is about wanting to die. It seems I’m not going to recover. I’m really close to ending it all.I’m feeling so suicidal Idk what to do
It’s all day for me and the barrage of thoughts are unbearable it’s like layers and layers of pain… I can’t manage the feelings. Feels so heavy I can’t bear it.
