Hey guys
Just a few pointers as it’s been a long time since I have done this
But I’ve got some MCAT and I’m going to put some in the pin as I really enjoyed it last time
However last time my friend sorted it for me
I’ve got all the necessaries but there are just two things to confirm
Can I mix it with bac water?
How much bac water 10ml or 20ml
How much to put in the pin? 0.5g 0.25g?
I don’t remember having to cook it like heroin it just goes in cold after it’s been pulled trough a filter?

Thanks so much in advance

A discord user asked a question regarding using vitamin c when IVing hydromorphone pills that test positive for fent, if anyone has experience with this, let me know. @Jen X do you know anything about this?

Question: regarding IV use -- i've been told to add 1/4 of a vitamin C packet if ever there's fent in pills (in this case dillies), however, i have no clue how to measure out 1/4 lol, i was wondering if anyone had any tips + tricks.. & also wanted to verify/double-check that info, but everything i find online is ultraaaa vague 😭
So we got fake 8mg dillies now?

Here's one that just happened that I don't understand.

IV. I register, start pushing, all feels well. Draw a little to double check, still good, keep going, feel all good, get near the end, double check, still registering, and then finish. Feel area. Its a bump. I missed. see the bump. I didn't see bump forming at all happening when I was shooting at all (I'm rather careful and pay close attention).

The flying fuck happened? How did I miss?

Edit: just to add a little context. IV'd quite a bit 12 to 10 years ago. Never had much an issue. Then got fat since stopping and this last 2 years lost 100lbs pounds and am a normal 145lb (yay diet!). But noticed outside my main right elbow vein (he is on rotation break), my veins roll like a mfer now. Think from my skin being loose now from lack of fat. Still can hit, just sometimes, not successful, but can tell right away and don't proceed. Started IV again a few months ago.

I was in. Did I somehow randomly slip out but still draw like I was in the whole time? Weird shit to me. Top of left forearm vein. Towards the middle of arm. Always used to hit these in the past well even without using a tie. Now all my veins are rolly and a bitch to get stable. But still can.

Check this nurses YouTube video out where she goes over angles & needle position because it sounds like what I was doing where I was not getting all the way in the vein which would allow fluid to basically leak out from the puncture hole as I was pushing if I moved the needle even just the smallest amount. Video:

There was also another video from a guy I watched where he said people often poke all the way through. So what he does is as soon as he gets the needle in the skin he will kinda change angles & almost bring the tip up just ever so slightly so it doesn't poke through the bottom of the vein. If I can find that video I'll come back & post it's link as well but couldn't find it at time of posting.

I got very close to IVing cocaine but reading this thread really stopped me in my tracks. I appreciate this forum for showing me what this ROA inevitably does even with good practice.

So I started IVing again , uppers which is the most frustrating thing in the world cause 3 shots in and vasoconstriction sets in and I don't want to shoot up my dick vein or whatever
Place an IV catheter in your vein, just like they do when you go into the ER. Google it if you don't know what I'm talking about.

Think about it: if you've ever been to the hospital and they needed to give you IV medication, how many times did they ever poke a vein? ONCE. That's it. The thing is made so that a soft tube to carry fluid in and out of the vein is connected to a plastic piece, and that whole thing slides over the needle and attaches to the part behind it. On the end of the catheter, there's an injection port. To ensure that the vein stays open, you can attach a stub of IV tubing to the catheter after you place it, then you flush it with saline (medicaleshop.com sells saline flush syringes really cheap) and attach the cap. This whole setup is called a "heparin lock". There are heparin lock kits you can buy on ebay. They're kind of expensive, but they will give you the list of the stuff you need and you can also get it cheap on like aliexpress. It takes some effort to get the hang of it, especially because all the information out there on how to do it is geared toward people PUTTING CATHETERS IN OTHER PEOPLE, not themselves hahaha. But f that. One day, I thought to myself, "Wait, why the f am I poking myself over and over? I should be using a goddamn IV catheter!" First time I tried to do it, I messed up and blood was flowing out all over everything, lol, but I can do it fine now. So like do it by the sink.

If you REALLY wanna do it right, hang a bag of normal saline (you can buy veterinary 0.9% sodium chloride + sterile water bags without a script online pretty cheap) and just have it flowing into the vein. Then you use the injection port of the catheter when you want to give yourself a shot. You can get setups where you don't even need to use a needle to access it at all. They use connectors called "claves" instead. That can be nice because no needle stick injuries possible when u get all spun out.

Now I've gotten to the point where I have my own portable infusion pump to use if I want lol (CADD Solis). You can buy these cassettes that clip onto the bottom of it, then u put all shit in there. You just dissolve it in some saline/water you have in a bowl in front of you or whatever. Let's say u got a gram of coke. You can use a 100ml reservoir, so that's 10mg/ml, which dissolves easily. So you've got everything dissolved, then you throw a filter on a 100ml syringe and draw it all up into the syringe through the filter. You attach the reservoir to it and empty the syringe through it into the reservoir. Then, you use a tube called an "extension set" to hook up the cassette to the catheter. The company makes backpacks and other kinds of bags that you keep it all in, and it can run a LONG time on AA batteries. Then u program it so that u just have to press a button and it gives you a dose.

You don't need the pump tho. You can leave that out of it and just put all your drugs into solution and filter it back into the bag. Then you draw it out of the bag every time u wanna take a shot. Those heparin caps I was telling you about are made out of a material that you can penetrate with a needle. I didn't plan on getting all into this, but whatever. Lately I've been thinking to myself that it really is insane that it isn't normal for people to use catheters. There is no reason to destroy your veins, or even poke a vein with a needle more than once in a day.

I had a very strange experience and I'm hoping someone can explain it.
Experienced meth user. New sterile syringe. Only one attempt needed. No searching or digging to register. All in all a perfect success.
After removal I applied pressure with gauze but noticed that although I'd only made one puncture, there was blood coming from 3 different places along the vein. Dabbed and looked again to confirm.
There's also what looks like a scratch on the skin above the vein upstream of the site.
Definitely not a miss. There's no pain. The site hasn't been recently used or had any damage beforehand.
What happened here?
