Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v11

Well i got switched to abilify after 3 months on invega and the abilify was just as bad as invega. However when i got off the abilify injectons it came back after 3 or 4 months and i would say fully at the 5 month mark

But i had basically a 2 year plus peroid where i didnt get one hard on. Fuck invega and ablify they may be better then psychosis but thats about it

I never understood your dosage or recovery. From what i understand you had 2 injections of invega and recovered in 9 months...

No i had 3 months worth of invega injections and 18 plus months worth of abilify injections. Abilify sucked as much as invega imo. Fucking absolute sht.

I recovered fully after about a year. I think i would have recovered much faster f i had not been on latuda which gave me horrible akathisia

When i had erectile dysfunction from invega and abilify i didnt think i would ever have a erection again. I went atleast 2 years without ne. However when i went off the ablify injections my sex drive started to come back after 3 months. It was the first thing to come back actually

Now that im on testosterone replacement therapy i have the sex drive of a 18 year old. I would recommend any guys who have taken invega or abilify to get their test levels checked. Pretty sure they are responsible for tanking mine.
 
Managed to have an erection for 15 minutes after no sexual action for days...dont know if this is a sign of recovery or just a temporary thing.

They were telling me I shpuld continue shots for a year at the hospital but I was like no fucking way after akathisia and anhedonia hit

Akathisia is a medical emergency and should be treated asap. Usually treated with benztropine and benzos i think. I had akathisia and since the emergency rooms here are useless i treated it myself with morphine and clonazepam. Please note i am not endorsing people use morphine im just telling my own experience. Anyway we called a ambulance when i had bad akathisia but by the time they got here the morphine and clonazepam had calmed me down. I told the medics what had taken and they said if it worked it worked.

The ER was less then useless though. They just gave me no meds at all and said it was probably just a panic attack. But i had treated it long before i arrived at the hospital anyway

But think tyou should tell your doctor you have akathisia asap. You cant be expected to just live like that. I had bad akathisia from the latuda and it was hell

I’m almost at month 2 on being off the injections. Hopefully by at least month 4 my akathisia will ease and I can wait a long time for anhedonia to heal on up.

I was scheduled for 12 ceased at 6. A year of this would have killed me. There is at least some hope now.
 
You guys think we can heal ourselves by giving ourselves a psychosis, some people seem to get psychosis after they heal. Maybe this can work

Why the fuck would you want psychosis? I had psychosis and it was worse then invega. Hence why m nt that pissed about getting invega. Fuck that shit

Anything is better than this,anything. I' just wondering if it would work because sometimes people get psychosis after they recovered

No psychosis is far far worse imo. I would rather take any antipsychotic over that shit. I also had cotards syndrome which was literally terrifying. I would rather take invega anyday over that shit. Also being psychotic wouldnt exactly be recovering imo. Psychosis is one of the reasons i have PTSD now. Granted its gotten alot better lately cause of shrooms and S ketamine i had last year

I recovered fully from invega and abilify and i havent had any psychosis since i was in the psych ward 6 years ago. Thank fuck for that. I dont get any side effects from zyprexa at all
 
I cant even remember my psychosis. It felt like being on a deliriant to me. It was by far the worst time in my life fuck that shit
 
It seems to me that people who actually had psychosis and got treated with antipsychotics injections are more likely to full recover, since their brain produces way more dopamine it’s more easy and fast for them to go back to their baseline.

Instead people like me who got misdiagnosed and just damaged with antipsychotics injection usually don’t recover, because their brain was not producing more dopamine as the norm and they cant compensate the damage done by these injections.

From What I see here, only people who truly had psychosis and then got injected, make a full recovery, or i’am wrong?

I spoke with a reddit user today, he is 30 months after only one injection and still have sympthoms and only partially recovered some sympthoms, he was misdiagnosed, he never had psychosis.

So it’s seem that the only thing that can assure your recovery is if you had psychosis, then you will recover, if you got misdiagnosed it’s seem that there is no way back.

Prove me wrong.

Psychosis almost caused me to end my life… under no circumstances do you want it like my previous message in this thread said things like psychosis can alter your brain permanently and can have lasting effects on you even after you snap out of it
