You need Xanax it will keep you from feeling the withdrawals if you wanna know how many Xanax to take well that depends on mg and shit if there blue Xanax 1mg. Take two and wait an hour continue you that untill all your withdrawals are gone

If OP is a heavy user I don't think a couple milligrams of Xanax is going to do much against fentanyl withdrawals.

Did you mean to write "quit without going cold turkey"? I guess that's what you meant because you're asking about tapering.

Also, I know you just said you don't want to take subs, but I have to ask: Why not?!

Subs would be the best - and maybe only - option here. If the blue pills are indeed fentanyl (and not nitazenes or other shit) and you've been on them every day for months or years, you're probably looking at a relatively short but very unpleasant detox. Subs are very long lasting so you could probably get through the worst of it with just a couple of large doses. In any case, I don't think you can get through any kind of opiate withdrawals without experiencing some withdrawal symptoms.

In order to get good advice from people on here, it'd be good to know a bit more about your situation. For instance, the two key questions here would probably be 1) How long have you been smoking the blues? and 2) How many pills do you get through per day?

Good luck with it all. I hope you find some good advice soon.

Sorry but Suboxone does NOT work for Fentanyl withdrawal. First off, you have to wait like 60 hours before even taking subs or risk precipitated withdrawal, and second, once you do it doesn't give you much relief at all. Because Suboxone being a partial agonist can't do anything against a potent full agonist like Fentanyl. Honestly OP I would recommend getting on methadone. I was in your shoes once, I was smoking about 20 blues a day. And once I got up to about 90mg at the clinic was when I finally felt okay everyday and not sick at all.

Seeing that you have personal experience with it, I'll take your word for it. I've never had a fent habit and never tried using subs after fent.

However, I thought that buprenorphine, while not as effective as methadone, was an option for fent WDs. I guess if you've got a large fent habit, it wouldn't cover you completely but I still thought subs could be used.

Are you saying subs are useless for fent?

Also, waiting 60 hours before taking subs sounds like way too long. Again, is this a fent specific thing? I've had no problems taking subs just 12 hours after heroin use.
