Life will taste so sweet when we get through this, gotta remember that @lukeflowz. You gain a perspective and gratitude for life most don’t have.
I like what you said yesterday about you feeling like a phoenix rising from the Ashes, when you finally recovered. I wait for the day this happens to me. I’ll have to be careful I don’t fall into a psychosis, but since I’m not taking any drugs I don’t think I will.Life will taste so sweet when we get through this, gotta remember that @lukeflowz. You’re the most impressive person I’ve seen on this injection. The fact you can work while you are on them is impressive. They have rendered me useless. I hope to heal and I hope me enjoying the gym is an early sign of healing.Headed to bed, going to work at tax collections tomorrow.
A change of scenery might do you good. It could enhance your recovery. Who knowsMy sister wants to go to europe badly, what yall think. Should I go?
I agree.A change of scenery might do you good. It could enhance your recovery. Who knows
Not the full effects- I partially feel it.Starting to feel coffee again.
The only thing that one can do in order to recover is to take some drugs that increase the production of receptors and increase their sensivity, the other 50% is letting time pass and do his job.Hey everyone just putting it out there - I'm offering life coaching within the scope of healing from depots. An initial warning... this is not for the faint of heart... it's a through hike of sorts and will be one of the most difficult things one will ever take on but it is worth it. You have to be willing to do the work. so if anyone has any interest lmk.. I created a discord that didn't get any traction because people are simply not willing to do what is asked to guarantee recovery. That's something I can't solve... you have to be driven from within.. So if that is something that speaks to you feel free to PM me. Best
I’d like to add with invega especially- your receptors responsible for motivation are completely blocked. I assume motivation comes back in time. The only thing that one can do in order to recover is to take some drugs that increase the production of receptors and increase their sensivity, the other 50% is letting time pass and do his job.
One can recover putting all-in effort while another can recover while just sitting at home waiting. It depends on the degree of the harm that depot cause to someone, some people can’t even take a coffee at the restourant near his home, let alone train like a navy seals and keep a cristiano Ronaldo mindset.
Motivation comes back when you feel the recovery is started and you realize you are slowing coming back, motivation need a source is not something that we can have out of nowhere.I’d like to add with invega especially- your receptors responsible for motivation are completely blocked. My recent training session at the gym- (first training session in five months) almost one week from my last invega shot, I felt some motivation as I was training. The first time I’ve experienced it in over 6 months. I tried briefly to train on my injections to no success.Motivation comes back when you feel the recovery is started and you realize you are slowing coming back, motivation need a source is not something that we can have out of nowhere.
I don’t blame people without motivation like how they are supposed to have motivation if they are in the middle of the storm of these depot?
I agree with mostly everything your'e saying outside of things like vagus nerve work, lymhphatics, circadian biology, nutritional surplus, and a few other elements that most definitely increase one's chances of recovery by A LOT. the resistance about the navy seal mindset is fair and is why we take an approach of go slow to go slow. Everything I offer is basically free and it's just a matter of showing up.The only thing that one can do in order to recover is to take some drugs that increase the production of receptors and increase their sensivity, the other 50% is letting time pass and do his job.

something like putting a castor oil pack over the liver at night to assist in detox.. magnesium spray daily at night and morning.. consciously working on liver and bile flow.. detox pathways... I mean the list goes on and on tbh of things one can do to massively increase chances of recovery even if the injection had a worse effect on them.. even attempting to compare to someone who does nothing and recovers is dangerous - one should reconcile with the best information at hand and give themselves the best chance possibleThe only thing that one can do in order to recover is to take some drugs that increase the production of receptors and increase their sensivity, the other 50% is letting time pass and do his job.

I mean just responding here realizing that the list goes on and on in terms of the small details that make a hell of a difference .. one thing is for sure - one of the worst thing people can do is associate with people not giving themself the absolute best chance possible of recovery and not reconciling with that every single night.. taking copious notes on their lived experience, and iterating along the wayThe only thing that one can do in order to recover is to take some drugs that increase the production of receptors and increase their sensivity, the other 50% is letting time pass and do his job.

one thing for sure... the advice to just take some drugs for some receptor health and hope you get lucky .. it ain't it.I mean just responding here realizing that the list goes on and on in terms of the small details that make a hell of a difference .. one thing is for sure - one of the worst thing people can do is associate with people not giving themself the absolute best chance possible of recovery and not reconciling with that every single night.. taking copious notes on their lived experience, and iterating along the way
to just say - well it's not in our hands is sorta a victim mindset and just leads many people to a states of hopelessness and despair it isn't the right mindset
it is the key difference between what you find on reddit opposed to X.. a cluster fuck vs a group of people aiming upwards
