Mental Health Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v. 10

This is like getting a disability for life. It sucks for people who don’t have schizophrenia. Some of us would rather die than just suck it up and live like this. Idk about you guys but many things in my life are bad now. I feel more depression symptoms and low self esteem. Sex was an important part of my life and that’s just gone now. I don’t know how to hold onto hope.

Do you remember how long it took to regain sexual function after your last shot? Thats great btw i didn’t know you had an improvement with that.
 
Hey when anyone got their first injection did you experience all theses side effects?
1.blurry vision
2.Movement was very slow
3.couldnt speak properly
4.arms didn't swing and where stiff when I walk
5.pains and tightness around my face
6.drooling(this could be because of the antihistamine, I have no idea)

My arms did not swing when i walked after invega. It healed after a few months i think

I Love you and its totally understandable you feel that way, but as i said you will regain all but you need time. We all been ruminating about this topic early in recovery so much. I have 300 screenshots of people who recovered. Just eat healthy meditate and be close to God

Tell them... And get on semen retention and cut porn. Babilon will not tell you this, but watching porn alone can create psychotic symptoms after taking LSD. There are demonic energies in there

This, my parents don’t think antipsychotics in general are any different from taking “regular medicine”. It’s a very ignorant viewpoint to have it and it makes it impossible for them to emphasize with me

Yep my parents don’t think these drugs cause damage to the brain. They believe its all safe because they trust psychiatrists as “professionals”. And I don’t know any better.
 
Also i think it's ridiculous sending someone to the psych ward for LSD. You where probably just havin a bad trip which some clonazepam would fix nicely. Locking someone up in a horrible psych ward for that is the opposite of treatment in my view

I think i needed to be in the psych ward and some aps to get me grounded again. The psychosis lasted after the trip. But I do think forcfully injecting me in and out of hospital is taking it too far. Also thanks for the benzo advice i will keep that in mind.
 
@UnluckyXeplion i worry so much about this guy 😭 he is such a cool dude and he was taking about suicide due to how many injections he got. He dissapeared and idk what's happening to him. Anyone has a contact to him?

Similar thing I go through. Add on “medicine can’t hurt you” and you got my same exact situation.

Hoping I can recover, my symptoms aren’t bad and I’m still able to work. Just have limited physical ability(can’t exercise), blurred vision, weight gain(172 to 208 pounds) and cognitive issues.

Wish there was better documentary on indicators/signs of recovery early on
