clown shoes, it's so obvious

Well fine. It's a perfently reasonable design and most film actors who needed to be tall for a role would simply wear designs of shoe for which a heal is normal.
Look at Steve McQueen. In all of those 60s and 70s cop action films, he wears designs of footware that have heels. So it looks entirely natural.
BTW they even make 'platforms' in which boots with heels also have thick soles so it can seem a modest heel but significantly increase percieved height.
Kim Jong Un wears lifts or platforms BUT his shoes are specially made. I cannot believe someone who thinks their image is so viral that being 5 feet 11 isn't imposing enough would, at the same time, buy lifts. Again - like the way we get to see where the self-applied makeup doesn't cover up the orange gimps true skin tone. SURELY he could afford experts who would ensure it was done professionally

The problem is, it appears that a sufficient number of US voters don't think the orange gimp is an evil lying person - or don't care.
A hard core Trumper is someone who's angry at their lot in life because they ended up making a living performing menial tasks for the kids they picked on in high school.Them getting fucked over, losing jobs, tariffs, inflation, etc. one of that matters to them, even if there are poor they could care less. He panders by appearing to hate (and don’t actions against) the people the voters hates. Thats the single issues a very large chunk of his voters ship is based upon
Trump’s bill eliminates penalties for automakers that fail to meet federal Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standards. Previously, automakers that didn’t meet fuel economy targets had to either improve efficiency or buy credits (including ZEV credits from Tesla) to avoid stiff fines. Now, those penalties are reduced to $0, removing a major incentive to purchase credits
CAFE standards are based on a vehicle's "footprint," which is calculated by multiplying wheelbase by track width. Larger vehicles have a larger footprint and therefore have lower fuel economy requirements. This has incentivized automakers to increase the size and footprint of their vehicles to meet the standards more easily, especially for trucks and SUVs

He makes ̶p̶e̶o̶p̶l̶e̶ losers feel like "winners".
Thus the "winning" and "own the libs" stuff that's central to it. Also the racism... the fear of losing white privilege, of being the winner in that one.
Reliving that wonderful touchdown in high school like Al Bundy. Nostalgia for the 50's when white men were automatically on top.
Making people that feel like they're losing in life blame someone else and feel like a winner. If you pay attention, the "you're a winner" trope is a constant part of the message.
Elon's own AI on X (Grok) says he's responsible for the deaths in Texas.

Interesting how that's played out and has resulted in these absurd loopholes which actually lead to bigger vehicles that cause more issues aside from things like emissions, like being a nightmare to try and drive behind in a car. I drive a mazda 3 turbo and most of the time I'm on the road I'm driving at eye level to the license plate and rear bumper of some moving monstrosity.Hopefully this means we will get smaller trucks again like the Chevy S10 and Ford Ranger

A modern Ford Ranger 6 cylinder or 4.3L S10 that will go 250K miles with normal maintenance is good for the actual economy and not just the GDP chart-go-up economy
