We have discussed alternatives to every class you mention multiple times here. It's simply a case of finding the posts.

But AFAIK, none of the images represent reasonable targets. Never forget, you can perform as many in vivo and in vitro tests as you like, but expect a high failure-rate at least initially.

The phenyl ester is known for a compound called RTI-113. Is this what gave you the inspiration for this idea?

Whereas RTI-31 is a "balanced" SNDRI (with additional muscarinic acetylcholine agonist activity), RTI-113 is DARI selective.

The phenyltropanes are a fascinating group of compounds. With the methylphenidate compounds, changing to a larger ester is not even strictly necessary since it is already catecholamine selective.
