Opioids Fen dosage and effect

I try to but I can't drink. And weed just makes me sleepy and paranoid. I am trying so hard to just chill but the pain is so horrid. I would just puke the drinks up.

I'm sorry. i understand what it feels like to feel like utter dog shit! I hope you feel better and pass easily. that probably sounds horrible. I'm sorry. I've been looking into where i can find help with that transition if i can't get help from the pain. i looked it i up morphine does have a very poor nasal bioavailability so if you're going to ask for something given via the nose I would ask for something other than morphine. I've tried what they call plugging it as well and that didn't do any damn good either but different person's different body. You are on a lower dose of morphine so maybe it'll help you more. If you ever want someone just to talk to you can always text or call me

I went from 60 mg oxy to 50 mcg patch and the patch was stronger.

Matrix patches (made by mylan) are just a uniform sticker while the gel packs are like a bag almost that contains a fent gel inside you can see. Gel packs are easily 30% weaker than the same dosage of matrix.

You can try lightly heating the patch if it’s matrix but it will run out faster and release fent faster

I've done a lot of research on the opiate converters so I think I've got a pretty good notion of switching from one to the other as far as dosages

AMEN TO THAT!!! I don't even do other drugs because I'm so worried about losing the pain meds but I'm just a caint hair from giving up and trying everything

I have Central apnea which basically means my brain forgets to breathe as well. I don't know if it's what you got but it's known to make you stop breathing when you're asleep but it does it to me when I'm awake as well

I think that would be wasting your meds. Look it up. This will not stretch your medication this will make you run out faster as morphine absorbs poorly through the nose unless it's made for being through the nose. In the ass has a much better bioavailability... meaning is going to absorb better than through your mouth and way better than through your nose.... MIGHT BE GROSS, but when you hurt that you'll do what ever is necessary!!!

No I don't have that. Slowly my body stops working and my lungs stop working and at the end it fills up with fluids and feels like a slow drowning. I don't know how I am gonna handle the end. But I want the pain for now to end so I can at least enjoy the time I have left

I wonder this too. Bc I hyper metabolize caffeine. But when I checked other drugs via the test that tells you. Nothing else..but I wonder.

There’s at least one, Stadol. But, I was actually recommending you use instant release pills that don’t have high oral bio availability. Also, have you tried ketamine? Doesn’t last very long, but I find it quite effective. It’s nice to have when I need a complete break from my pain. I feel like it resets my pain sensors kinda and it helps with opioid tolerance.

I can't use any pills. I throw them up..
Can't use ketamine. But thanks for all the suggestions. I got off pills bc of the amount I was wasting before.

That's so weird. Bc it usually has nothing to do with being given painkillers. It can affect absorption. And either be too little or too much depending on the opiate but it isn't a bad thing to be skinny.
