Benzos Another 3075million alprazolam question

Just please be careful because you'll never be able to take it without it if you do it for too long because you're tolerance will be so much higher and you'll easily get more addicted to it because it does last about roughly another 2 hours more for me when I used to do it

Which basically makes it less of a short acting benzo which will make the withdrawal much worse
Yes I figured that thank for the info though appreciate it

If v that makes sense I'm on a "truckload "of benzodiazepines according to my psychiatric...dicked

I mean, you are definitely on supratherapeutic doses every time you've been on here. My guess is you may be trying to internally process some type of trauma that you've been surpressing? Not sure if that's true for you or not as its just a random guess as to why you are consuming such large quantities. I've been there myself a few times in life, so no judgement from me either way.

So, let me just ask, why do you feel you are using such large quantities of benzodiazepines as regularly as you have been? What problem are they solving for you? Everyone who uses drugs uses them for a reason of course; I am just wondering what the benzos are helping you deal with...

LOL! No, I get you there but he was onto something. The breathing into the paper bag is supposed to trick the CNS into calming down. But, yeah, that's kind of a bit dated of a technique and looks quite odd when in public. But, as far as the anxiety is concerned, there is a cause of it. The underlying cause must be addressed before it goes away. When did this anxiety problem begin? Do you recall?

And, yes, you will eventually have to face this fact which is why I am trying to see if we can uncover what's driving this habit of yours. It will make coming off the benzodiazepines a lot easier if you explore this now. Have you ever considered psychedelic assisted therapy?

I don't think I'm allowed psychedelic assisted therapy where I'm from. I think cbt is I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure it's for depression and pain.

Ah okay, the psychedelic assisted therapy is extremely beneficial in overcoming the traditional barriers faced by people who struggle to see results with CBT. Cognitive behavioral therapy is pretty standard practice and can be coupled with medication, but many times people who don't respond to it well can be helped through the psychedelic assisted therapy as it breaks down psychological barriers that prevent healing from trauma. Something to consider even if it isn't allowed where you live per se. Many places now at least allow ketamine assisted therapy as an off-label treatment in the USA if that is where you happen to live. And, otherwise, there are also groups online that can help you in a clandestine way if you have access to psychedelics and decide you want to go that route through them.

I can't recommend sourcing via Bluelight for obvious reasons, but do what works best for you. And, if you do want to go this route, then feel free to send me a message once you are ready and I will guide you to the right place to begin your healing journey

Sorry my bad I shouldn't joke around about theketaman I'm in my late 40s
Na my bad I was not in any way trying to source off bl
All good; I don't really think age matters when it comes to healing from trauma/addiction other than that the longer you wait to actually address it the worse problems it will cause you in life and the harder it will become to heal as a result.

In some countries they may sell this shit but in Oz it was taken off the shelves because they found it caused cancer

Actually it was removed under section 30 1 c of the Australian therapeutic goods administration. Which seems to just refer to it being re-evaluated on its usefulness in treatment. Not that it's harmful or causes cancer.

The nitrobenzodiazepines are known to be toxic. One metabolite produces hepatotoxicity, another demonstrates teratogenicity.

I was interested to discover that while people have been known to survive multiple grams of diazepam, the same is not true for nitrazepam, flunitrazapam and indeed all of the nitrobenzodiazepines. In fact, in a Swedish study, 70% of intentional overdoses that proved fatal were those two specific benzos.

As for them ALL causing cancer, well an association was suggested but no specific cause and effect. As a class they represent quite a range of chemicals so it's more likely that use of benzodiazepines increases risk indirectly. Just last week a doctor here in the UK pointed out that people prescribed CNS depressants are more likely to smoke, so that's an example of an association.

OT anyone who has ever visited a psychiatric unit will know that people prescribed neuroleptics are much, much more likely to smoke. There is a reason for this. Nicotine reduces the side-effects of neuroleptics. So unknowingly, they are smoking as a form of self-medication. I'm uncertain if people are still allowed to smoke but I would imagine that a nicotine patch would work. Certainly my experience was that over 90% of patients smoked.
