Today's Democrats are ALL about putting all types of limits on free speech, especially when it's not in line with their own views

They're a dangerous bunch and I dislike them probably more than anybody in politics

Free speech is free speech and you take the good with the bad with that because that's how it works, whether you like it or not

I've worked in spaces where this kind of thing runs rampant.

I once sat in on a meeting where the very white suburban project manager decided to correct and explain to a Guatemalan-American who worked several levels under her at this hospital why "he shouldn't call it Columbus Day because it's Indigenous People's day" - like called this dude out in front of 25 people to spend time correcting his language.

She was the worst, and her bullshit lead to my program getting it's funding cut and me having to end treatment with 40 patients, many of whom were struggling in active addiction.

All that's to say, I know exactly what you're talking about and it drives me nuts too.
 
there was a harris rally in scranton yesterday. and I missed an opportunity to go and yell TITS OR GTFO.

I can't remember the event but there was a compilation of news people using the phrase "get to the bottom of this" a few years ago. It was hilarious.
