smoked again but like 0.003g heroin.

i had to since i had a corporate meeting.

i am out of lyrica but i still have some fenta matrix patches, a bag of brown and 1mg xanax( a lot of them)

i can also get kratom but how should i dose it?

You would probably have to talk to someone that knows about kratom extract.

I think they talk about that stuff in the kratom mega thread.

I hope that you are alright and safe. I am sure kratom can help for some type of comfort.

I haven't been reading the messages here that much but I hope that you really kicked.

No it doesn't sound cliche, it sounds real
I understand, I go through bad pain flares then take extra medication & then run out … I’m trying not to do that, but it’s just hard when I always have pain. Also insomnia, PTSD … some days I don’t say it but I’m a mess sometimes.
But it’s hard feeling crappy, sick, tired ect.
I didn’t mean to start talking about myself I just want you to know you’re not alone for sure

It IS from gabapentin. I can't sleep when I take that stuff. Duh I need sleep too it helps A LOT.

I mean I'm not going to take that stuff. If I can't get used to it after three days I don't want to take it.

It's TOXINS to me. Unfortunately for me there is just a lot less harmful sustenance, I'm pretty sure.
