Well I'm at 8 days off the weed now even. Think before that had a little bit of ketamine. No negative drug use now in 6 weeks, and before that was 2 months.

Haven't had any real addiction issues since last September's nightmare pregablin withdrawals. Ended my brief stint with heroin addiction in August at the same time when I picked up that DUI previously mentioned here. I did have a blip and use both heroin and crack 6 weeks ago, fucked up a few hundred quid there, but nowhere near on the same scale as my past problems and I got fed up with it and the people around me real quickly.

Been back to walking the dog and exercising light weights every day. Did 10 minutes of meditation this morning, followed by 20 minutes stretching. Something I've never really done enough of. Also been maintaining a healthy diet. And started fasting in the mornings and evenings this week.

I think if I can just keep this up I've a decent chance of maybe improving my health and potentially working towards where I want/need to be at in life. I guess it's taken me long enough to get to here 🙏

Had big arguement because op used oxycodone while on 1 MG bupe withdrawal had issues, that's understandable. But if no other opiods and weak benzo to help anxiety and withdrawals is that an issue? Would that cause same issue as 30mg of oxycodone, respiratory issues?

I feel so much better when I can find some kind of comfort that can take away any kind of horrible agony
and suffering sometimes

even if I have to wait to take a dose (staggering) or avoid it for a time. So there and that is it.

I just really appreciate when there is help out with all of it.

No opiods just benzo, and gabapentin for 1mg bupe withdrawal, safe? He had taken oxycodone and caused problems, understand.
But no opiods: and benzo an gabapention not an issue for respitory depression am I wrong?

And @ Jnow !! guess what. Gabapentin affects me like coke. Like the dirty stepped on kind. It could keep me up for days but it's nauseating. It's kind of strong for me too.
So I mix it with kratom as a medicine. Both together seem to help out. Because I need energy and then I nod. Almost like a pretend dose of a Vicodin or Norco. But very extremely inebriating.

Awesomeness @tokayeahok :)☀️
Never try pure oxycodone then, it has a weird euphoric effect on some people that is really good for a while, till you get use to them, then not so much, kind of a let down but it hits pain much better. The good ones have no acetaminophen and much more oxycodone than percocet. You have to keep same dose for pain relief and some people are tempted to abuse it. But it will wake you up and happy. But the happy is short lived over time. But it will mess with sleep.

Klonpin is another name for clonazepam. Long lasting benzo. I believe it has a longer half life than valium.
Valium is a few hours longer with a muscle relaxing property. I'm on klons been on them for 20 years and it's bad. The long term side effects mess with memory (short term) and the effectiveness decreases where you need to up the dose to get the same effect which is normal but not sober. Anyone thinking of using them or any benzo thing it over and than think about it some more. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Even the doctors won't take the time to detox the right way (Ashton manual) even with clean urines for the same time. Now, I don't trust the healthcare system after the "plandemic". The doc that I seen for 10+ years that I had some respect for is gone. This doc acted like a pusher with that VaX and had 3 others come in the room before the doc to push this jab on me. I said NO to all of them. Than the doc came in saying I would die if I didn't get it. I had to scream and say " I will not get this even unto the death"! They all backed off at that point. Now after the truth came out about the clot shots this doctor won't say a word about any VaX with me.
So if a doctor will give a "hot shot" but won't help someone detox the right way off benzos what good are they? The push legal drugs nothing more.
And klons or xans are a slow poison. Benzo's come from Benzene which is a byproduct of oil.
If I could go back to the first time I was offered a benzo I would say NO loud like I did with the VaX.

I am a long user stuck on Valium(was on Ativan) and Oxycodone so I can't help that much. Not having A car or worse a license, I got a dui and never paid the license restoration fee, long story, but here I am in my 40's taking a fucking road test, funny as shit now, but an Amazon driver jumped out of his vehicle without looking and I almost ran his ass over during the the test, but the guy giving the test was swearing and pissed at the Amazon driver, also he say my long hair and realized I am or was into heavy metal, so he kept talking about bands, Thank you God, I passed, my aunt had fly half away across the country to help me, but she was retired and bored, and has money, and likes to fly.
But the bupe is an issue no one has much knowledge of how to, other than a slow taper down to little and use comfort meds to jump off of.
The klonipin, is that a long or short acting benzo?
I just read bupe is way more addicting physically than morphine. Here is the link:
Look at the chart a 1/4 way down. This is sick stuff.
I'm on Klons and bupe long time. Klons are long acting , Valium is the longest with a muscle relaxing effect. This is used for detox with other benzos due to the properties (Dr. Heather Ashton Manual) . The problem is finding a doctor that will put you in the drivers seat totally with your detox from benzos. I've copied these manuals and showed the doctors and they would not do it. Look her up she passed away a couple years ago but her method is world renowned and used just not in the USSA!

The Ashton Manual (Method) is pure genius or at least a life saver. IMHO !!!!! 👍

I highly recommended it . . . to myself. 🙄

It makes sense . . . when you have to understand it all.

I really tried to quit on my own. But this is where relief comes along with recovery.

It was truly awesome in itself. AND HEALTHY too.

But only and Always an OPTION. I loved it, though, I really have to say.

I am tired and am getting vision problems. I am nodding and agreeing with me. good night. 🌠

It's ridiculous how tired I can get sometimes. I love it.

woke up around 8, dosed my suboxone && gabapentin. had a doctors appointment on the phone to talk to my addiction physician about my suboxone dose and refill, so that went well. going to stay at 8mg BID, which seems to be helping.

might go get my nails done when i’m in town. i ordered a bunch of new clothes today which i’m excited for 🥺

yeah. That is scary, but this mostly due to fentanyl epidemic, man this is scary because doctors don't realize so many are from illegal fentanyl, heroin and not to mention, is some cases suicide. Not sure what was in my sister's system when she died, because she had a hugh tolerance to benzos because they were the only thing that really helped her epilepsy and every other drug, did nothing or in a few cases nearly killed her. Epilepsy is very hard to treat and benzos did nothing to to really impair her( Ativan and Valium) they after a little while really have no effect on body motor controls, or whatever. But this number is misleading because Although I was an alky, opiods don't interest me in the least recreationally, neither do benzos, I just care what they can do for me to try to be normal. You look at fent. deaths, suicides, and mixing with high levels of alcohol and other drugs, then you get a more realistic number. Besides alot of fent. heroin deaths, severe pill abuse, alcohol and painkiller combos, you would end up with a small number if you excluded them. But the politicians the doctors they scare don't care. They use to give vicodin( was schedule 3, till FDA one day said no schedule 2) which means no refills, more doctor visits and higher costs everywhere, and med schools are telling students not to prescribed them.
People in pain suffer, you get gabapention which is more addictive, builds tolerance fast and cause other problems, and is worse than Norco or vicodin. Besides chronic pain sufferers are fucked because of this crap. It is sad but as my dad who was a surgeon said, you only die if you try to get high.
I wonder about suicide and pain. I mean there is no shortage of guns or rope, tall building in razor blades, cars and other ways to kill yourself and some people in constant misery are going to kill themselves because of these stupid laws. When will they address the real problem, fentanyl, which is the fault of the Chinese and Mexican drug cartels.
Sad but true, sad and painful.

got my suboxone filled today, ordered some balenciaga shirts & a LA ‘ESSENTIALS’ hoodie. snagged a new bunny-eared beanie cap & a new sweatshirt as well :3 was able to grab some new face moisturizer from the pharmacy that i’ve been wanting for awhile, when i picked my subs up. have got to take care of yourself and practice good self care! :)

you all better be doing a skincare routine at night!

i finished up a song which is sounding pretty fucking piff, so i’m happy about that(i’ll link it below if you guys wanna hear it) and finally cleaned up my bedroom and music studio, and got everything hooked back up && in place. a huge weight off my chest, that. hope you guys and gals are having a lovely, cozy evening.

bless

1 year on methadone and off Fyntinol, I'm happier than I ever thought I could be . But it wasn't easy, if u can get up to a high enough dose of methodone to stop the sick completely do that shit and don't look back . After this long my tolerance completely restored back to alot lower anyway and had to drastically reduce the methadone from 180 to 125 and still to much , yes I'll be keeping my extras for the apocalypse but slowly coming off more and more . Month take home in Ohio

I totally went in wrong direction because of me being half a sleep and my meds not working yet. Sorry PHARMATRAIN, one thing I have noticed is that the Valium is longer acting and milder, my doctor who is quite knowledgeable about these things switched me to Valium no problem, no adverse reactions and they are milder but have a good muscle relaxing quality, I would say they are easier to get off, of than most other benzos and As a long time User of Ativan(lorazepam) they are different but do not imprair me when driving at all. They are comforting in a way. They should be much easier like I . Bmention to stop using because of long half life. I do find it odd that they wouldn't switch you , I am on 10mg x3 times a day but could lower it but I am going to die from cirrhosis of the liver if something else doesn't get me first. But yeah the muscle relaxing qualities help me, I am in my later 40's and no impairment at all, just less back pain, I guess all people well over 40 have some pain, a lot of times back, but also My knees, but not in anyway that affects my ability to drive and I feel better on them than Ativan. The bupe thing is kind of scary because although I took morphine er basically 24/7 along with Oxycodone, tolerance builds, but so does withdraws if stopped. I feel as though with gabapentin( careful with this one ) the Valium switch and clonidine it was pretty easy to stop, just used half tablets leading to stopping( a week to two maybe) and with comfort meds off, no problem. A number of people I have chatted with have said how hard getting off bupes( my spelling is bad, so I gotta to use short slang) I was going to get off all meds, but I realized 2 things: 1 I am in pain, just not the way I was when on morphine 2) that although my tests are good and a transplant within a year or death, was wrong 8 years later still alive, when given 1 by other doctors that it (cirrhosis)will kill me. But I will die when ALMIGHTY God says I will die not a doctor. Besides driving to Detroit everyday for 6 months to piss into cup, to be put on the organ donor list wasn't worth it to me. Fuck it let me die, I thought.
The thing I have heard is that tapering the bupes is hard and that jumping off at a low dose is a bitch, but the Valium, gabapentin, and clonidine(off label use of non schedule heart med) might ease the withdrawals, also there is an anti nauseating, I forget the common name but had I not forgotten that would have helped a lot it is Ondansetron by it's technical name but has a common name and I have seen it up to 4mg but usually less, that help a lot because there is no issues as long as it not taken for a real long time everyday, several times a day for months or years, but that too would have helped a lot. I take only 40mg of oxycodone for pain but I get refill tomorrow and have a few extras because I try to keep a schedule( no pun) and don't mess with or ever abuse my meds, Benzos and Bupes( from the reading low respitory issues but wow they are addictive) You should keep trying the switch to Valium because of the less difficulty getting off, of and they are better, from what I have been told as a comfort med, if and when you try to get off of bupes( can't spell wholes name) but article sheds some light on them and the a addictive qualities of them. Best of luck and I hope you can get to where you want to be.
