EADD Heroin thread v.XXV -- a quarter centuary of threads if not yet a full decade since the 'drought'...

Sky's Africa correspondent John Sparks has witnessed the practice of "bluetoothing" - withdrawing blood after a hit and injecting it into a second person.

Addicts are taking nyaope (pronounced un-yop-pay), a cocktail of heroin, antiretroviral drugs and even crushed glass and rat poison, by injecting it, pulling blood back out, and taking it themselves.

I'm confused. I'm PRESUMING that it's H but apart from medical diamorphine hydrochloride, the only time I've seen H that pale was SE Asian smoking heroin which is VERY costly but is around 90% H and 10% caffeine (added to lower MP to make smoking easier). How strong is it?

If that's white - I have NO idea what's going on there.

BTW I got an E-mail earlier and apparently nitazines procured from the darkweb are being added to low quality H. I've only ever tried etonitazine orally and orally it's 'ONLY' 60 x morphine in potency. It's duration was longer than fentanyl but still only about 40 minutes but I think some homologues have a longer duration of action.

The key thing is that the nitazine cuts are not down to importers but down to people who have wound up with a bad weight and obtained something to make it salable.

Yes it's Heroin (of some kind)
This is what everyone is selling around here. I've only had 1 bag and a few lines off another, I have put it down as I've vomited into my mouth twice for no reason.

The first 3-5 lines cause such a pins and needles feeling up the spine it's no joke.

I can feel I'm on the verge of a deep nod and wanted to watch Ghost Adventures at 9pm.
 
Just be really careful with that - the nitazines REALLY cause a nod but too often, one people don't wake up from.

But hey - it looks like it vapes really clean which is a good sign.
 
Been back on the buvidal for a while and it's working great as it tends to do ime and imo. However, I've got a bag sitting thee that I found in my jeans just before getting back on the wagon which I thought I'd save. I fancy it maybe tonight or another night but I'm gonna ask a really stupid question: is there an alternative ROA to smoking on foil or shooting? I wanna be quiet and quick about it but don't want a mad IV rush, just slow and steady as in smoking but would rather not do it off of foil if poss. Isn't it technically vapourised? I don't have a vape pen or anything and cba to get one but this suggests that there are potentially other, more effective ROAs.

Anyway if not ill just keep hold of it and smoke it another day. But can you imagine how quickly that bag would've been gone if I hadn't had that jab?ffs I couldn't believe I'd found a bag in my jeans. That was some bender haha
 
I did a post a few months back on xylazine contaminated h co.ing from West midlands. I actually got theinfo emailed by a girl who works for one of the drug support agencies local to me and she had been sent it by a similar agency in themidlands. They went on to advertise it on their site and put flyers up in their offices etc. After a month went by and I couldn't find any samples testing for this in the normal European sites I asked where the info comes from. The story they gave me said the Taliban were crop dusting h fields at source with magazine but when pushed for the actual source I couldn't get anywhere just stuff like this article said, coroner's ,local le etc.
Does anyone have moreinfo or any actual product tested for this. I mean nitz isn't water soluble and doesn't smoke and I still haven't heard from anyone that's come across contaminated h with xylazine or seen any samples tested for it. One guy that worked for the place said it's a warning of things to come but again no reasons why. Any more info appreciated.
 
What @F.U.B.A.R. posted seems to be true, i was wasted on good white yesterday and I only smoked 1 whole bag & 1/4th of another all day & was fucked. I came around at just before 2am on the floor with my face down on the sofa with no idea how I ended up like that.

I've been awake since 5:10am and started on the gear a few minutes ago to see what will happen smoking this sober, my body temperature seems to go right up from the first line and I'm itching right now after 3 lines.

I was saying that the whole place is flooded with this odd stuff, it's rare I post pictures but it looks lumpy and is a odd colour too, people are welcome to check my posts.

I KNEW something wasn't right with this stuff as it is strong, looks odd and has a unique taste. When I had the first SINGLE LINE earlier I could feel it kick in right away and had a feeling like you get when you had several bags.

Smoking this totally Sober shows how strong it is, I felt that warm feeling shooting through my body right away, I knew when everyone had the same stuff something wasn't right.

I'm NOT being a cry-baby but it put me on my arse last night literally so smoke this stuff but still watch out, it's strong.

I have posted pictures of it yesterday so keep your eyes open folks.

alsotapered - when u tried etonitazine was it a powder? just looking at the pics above , the stuff the chinese were selling before they stopped it on dm was very similar to those pics.

wouldnt get to used to it even heroin doesnt hold off the wds when u do.

I know that weinos (sp?) Place tests MDMA but I'm curious to see what I've got here, I got a fair bit of this gear and I'm very high right now, like I said earlier when I scored yesterday I smoked a good dose of potent crack & just gone 2am I'd only smoked just over 1 bag & came around face down where I'd kind of passed out which isn't good.

I can do lots of heroin and not be like that, for just over a bag to deal with a rock session & put me on my knees for hours, I am smoking the tooter am I am scratching right away, THIS ISN'T NORMAL HEROIN!!

I have enough of this Grim Reaper shit to get some tested. For 100% H.R. how much do labs need for a test? Who is best to send it to? How do I know I won't get in trouble?

Long time BL members KNOW I'm NOT some cry-baby & I'm quite a fan of jumping into the river BEFORE you see how deep it is....... BUT people will die from this sand gear without question about it.

If it's in every dealers stash this close to Birmingham it must be in London too, everyone has this damn stuff which is very rare.

I'm really curious to know wtf it actually is as all my decades experience tells me this isn't normal gear as we usually know it.

No - it was in solution. It's used in animal studies, especially when studying very high doses. The reason is simple - etonitazine is x60 more potent than morphine (orally) and apparently, unlike morphine, cannot be tasted by the animals.

I should add that their haven't been ANY examples of etonitazine itself turning up as a street drug. It's vastly more potent than any of the analogues that turn up BUT the analogues aren't covered by the UNODC list of controlled drugs so in many nations, the analogues can be produced legally. I'm guessing Chinese chemists are making them.

Why? Because their is actually a derivative that is some x6000 M (IV - I presume smoked would show similar activity) BUT it's only mentioned in an obscure 1950s paper and one thing I know about the Chinese is that they DON'T really check all of the papers. After all, x6000 M and legal would surely be the MOST attractive.

Why is it ALWAY 1 luntaic people who are doing this to fuck up heroin supply and not care about it all? Anyway this has come to end. Think this only last 2 weeks in birmimgham and it disappeared. The funny things is, the cops never arrested the guy who are responsible for this! So no idea why it stopped? Maybe they didnt realise there is fent laced in heroin? I doubt it very much lol

How sure are you about Fent in Brum? I live just outside Brum & all the dealer's score from there.

They all have the same stuff too, the same stuff I posted about. It's very strong, this morning when I was sick that is so rare for me to be like that & yesterday I was wasted off 1 bag all day.
The gear is like wet sand & you really KNOW about it when you have some.

Off the street, I can be on Colmore Row or outside the library in 30 minutes from the place I am sitting right now.
All the Afghan lads score from there too, the evidence this has Fent or something very close is starting to stock up sadly.
