The vending machines. The juice dispenser didn't look like it held very much and they're surely just filled by the pharmacist/assistant pouring a few of the 1L bottles into it.
If I was robbing a pharmacy it'd be all the opiates: Oxy, morphine, methadone and dhc pills; then the benzos, keeping an eye out for dexies and barbiturates, then the methadone last if there's any room in my swag bags.

Also they now use JIT supplies so all you would get are the CDs that were set to be prescribed that day. In fact some pharmacies rely on multiple deliveries per day.

In the 70s the bad lads would do over pharmacies for the uppers (Northern Soul areas at least) but about the best you would get is a few hundred diazepam and caught. The pharmacy near me had that exact series of events.

And good luck trying to fake a script - those things are as secure as bank-notes. I am friends with a couple of pharmacists so I get to hear all of the attempts. Even someone who had been to a Harley Street doctor for blues was sussed. 112 blues got him 2 years.

If blues are your thing - the powder is actually EASIER to obtain. But don't ask me how I know.

I miss the days diazepam powder was easily accessible. 2010 i used to be able to buy diaz powder at £10 a gram. Now all i see is RC benzo powder or etiz etc.

Presses with GOOD dies are quire costly and you do have to sit their as each pill dink, dink, dinks its way into the hopper.

My friend was producing perfect copies with 10mg in each. 10,000-lots were 26 eurocents apiece. Of course, he got caught. Diclazepam was available at the time but the diazepam powder was SO cheap he just stuck with that.

You will be passing through a nation that produces it.

Diazepam is infinitely better than diclazepam IMHO tho, but each to their own. Diclaz was good for tapering though.

It appears that opium production is on the rise in the Shan State. I believe most of it ends up in Singapore where it's processed into old school number 4. About 90% diamorphine and 10% caffeine (to make it smokable).

Unless you know a Shan, stay well away. Even then, the SSA is still about.

Out of curiosity, I've tried raw h a couple of times now, both from darkweb markets and people who chopped it off the brick just for me, before they cut it for regular type customers.

I know they put it in a blender, but what is it they are adding? I've heard caffeine and paracetamol, but this would surely make the product more of a white colour. How do they turn it brown and are they adding more harmful ingredients than the ones I've mentioned that are common knowledge?

Apparently mannitol is another popular cut as it helps it run as well. Other sugars like lactose and sucrose too. AFAIK the "raw H" is very brown, so the cuts make it paler. Most strong #3 I've had has been really brown.
I'm not sure if there's any brown powders out there being used, but I have seen little flecks of what is blatantly brown sugar in it a couple of times, and never went back to those dealers doing that shit. Though I suppose brown sugar is better than strychnine.

No man, it doesnt affect that lol. However paracetamol does affect the weight as it bulk up! Caffeine affect purity just tiny about 5% but paracetamol doesnt affect the quality at all. That is WHY both of them are BEST for cuttimg heroin. Mannitol are.even the worst cutting of all, cos they does destroy the quality massively. Most heroin smoker and shooter will know this when they take h on foil and melt them and u should notice the beetle are.very sticky and wet once heroin melt complete on foil.. ALL OCG never use mannitol as cuttng anymore in uk and europe. However i do know there is very few inexpierenced dealers who use mannitol as cuttimg for heroin in uk. Lol twat!

I think it's hard to get mannitol in those kind of amounts these days. I've often wondered do they keep the brown colour by literally adding coffee as I've had stuff that had the vinegary smell of h but also a coffee type smell lol.

Other news, i see some afghan farmers has moved to pakastain recently, and therr are opium growing there right now as we speak. Also, uk expert david mansfield and his collegue really believed opium bans wont run into second year so all eyes on afghanistan this november and see if opium farmers wil return and sowing seeds. If they hav not returned, then fentanyl wil make its way to europe and the uk markets. I fuckim HOPE NOT for our sake. I do nt want to die. I hav inhaled heroin laced witj fentanyl from darknet and i hav OD and puked all over my face. The high was too much wacky. Not nice high. Well, it would appear that carfentanil is now slowly replacing fentanyl. Reports from users in Canada and the US state that it's duration is much longer and is significantly more euphoric.

The downside is that carfentanil is about x10000 morphine in potency and how one could reliably provide an accurate dose is a problem that is yet to be solved. As things stand, the US is seeing a fentanyl-carfentanil admixture in the fake OxyContin as well as the powder.

If you recall, in 2021 there were a few UK ODs attributed to carfentanil because nobody even knew just how potent it is.

I smoke my dark on a crack pipe with gauze with or without crack, its a very heavy hit on the lungs, you get a good clean scrape after, leave the pipe in the freezer for 30 mins and it falls off in shards.
