I dunno about that, some of them seemed very dangerous. I think it was Diphenedine (IIRC) that killed one of EADDs much beloved mods in the mid 2010s. His last post was along the lines of '100mg of Diphenedine down the hatch.'

I think it was a new and untested RC on the scene at the time, and looking back now it's clear to see that those were the most dangerous type to go first on.

Once i took a-pvp accidentally triple the dose i was going to, i was already too high but wish to take 25mg redose. I measured 100mg and was going to make 4 equal dose with 4ml water. I forgot i supposed to take 0.5ml (25mg) not 1.5ml. Somehow i thought i put much more water to my solution and instantly i pulled The needle out, i knew i made a misrake. Shit shit shit!
I got this awful unpleasant and overwhelming bellringer and i vomited, could not stand up, i lifted My legs up while lying on The floor (i knew it helps with the heart and blood pressure), i hardly could breathe, i was almost blacking out and very delirious, i thought i will die.
I saw and heard hallucinations, i was alone but i was sure there were other people in my house and they were running around and playing music and talking. I could not do anything, i tried to get up but vomited again and felt very dizzy, My heart was pounding too hard, maybe 160 BPM, i could not breathe properly and just mumbled and had this Air hunger sensation.
My body was overloaded, i was sweating and had serious challenge not to faint. I thought If i die, i wanna die conscious. That thought started to loop very Bad (luckily) and distracted me a little bit, i tried to calm down and breathe slow, tried to crawl to The kitchen to get some water to drink, IT took me 20minutes to crawl and have cold water. Then i noticed My feeling is starting to settle down and i was not going to die. At that Time i didn't have any tolerance and that Crystal a-pvp was strong like Hell.

Urgh yeah I remember when my mate made us a massive bomb of meph. We'd already been up 2 days on it and it was getting to the point where it was only keeping me up, with no euphoria any more. I informed him of this, and so in his dopey way he was trying to help... or more likely he was thinking "not feeling it anymore eh, I'll show you ya cunt!"
I spent the next couple of hours in abject terror, unable to sit down cos I was so wired, bit when I'd stand up I'd feel like my heart would leap out my throat.

Yes. Back in the 80s I had an endless supply of crazy coke, and I acted accordingly...like a vacuum cleaner. Well, I remember going very hard and did an 8 ball or so in a bit over the course of a day, and I definitely ODd. Nauseous, heart pounding, sweating, dizzy, couldn't catch my breath, etc., and it was a nightmare. I do think it was the closest to actually dropping dead that I ever came, and it scared the shit out of me.

Actually, one of the funniest memories with my wife was after I'd IMed some ketamine, sitting on the toilet, thinking I had a good minute to make it to the bedroom and lie down. The blood pissing out should have been a clue. 15 seconds later, I'm almost holing (obviously hit a small vein), so I crawled to the bedroom, flat on my stomach. I reached the bedroom an said, "Deborah, I think I'm dead", only to be met by hysterical laughter from her. Only one of the few times I've been the cause of someone laughing at how hopeless I can be, but being so grateful for it!

Oh yes, I've been scraped off the streets of London a couple of times (once in a tower block stairwell in Waterloo, once from the pavement in Tooting Broadway) and woken up in hospital being pumped full of naloxone with absolutely no idea how I got there (thankyou very much to the kind members of the public who saved my life on each occasion). On both occasions I shot up gear in the toilets at the hospital immediately when I woke up like a fucking idiot.

I also almost cooked myself with crack/cocaine once. I'd been up doing it for a few days and I did a fat line and my bodies thermoregulation just completely fucked up and I suddenly started to totally burn up. I don't mean a few sweats, that's par for the course obviously, but it was immediately clear something was very wrong and I felt unbearably hot and started to go lightheaded and dizzy. Luckily I was at home and had the presence of mind to jump in a cool shower and it saved me or I'm fairly convinced that would have ended very badly.

Yeah, I've been woken up, a couple of timed, in the bus garage, after a little too much ket or combining it with eating hash (big bus garage in the town I live in and the last bus from Newcastle always goes there to go to sleep overnight). Not good being brought back to reality, by several people, in the dark, on the top deck of a double-decker. Having to explain to all the concerned people, while still spangled from the ket, that I'm OK, feels like something from the Krypton Factor. At least it's never turned into a 'do not pass go, do not collect £200' affair (just as well, as I could hardly walk, nevermind hide drugs on my person and spin a convincing tale for the forces of law & order!).

I remember being 19 and getting 2 8 balls with my gf at the time, and doing most of it myself resulting in multiple seizures. Not knowing i had any seizures, getting back up started cutting more lines while my gf was yelling stop. (I have epilepsy mind you, and i had no idea i had seizures that night). 2 morph 20's was a life saver for me that night. Luck of the draw for me.
