Give it 10 months, you should be ready for weight lifting. Start light of course
ya for sure I was able to workout 3 months off with free weights but couldn’t push myself and preform anywhere near as good as I could before the injections just recently within the last 1-2 weeks I’ve been able to lift and push myself just as much as pre invega physically I’d say I’m 110% recovered before the injections I was underweight and lost all my muscle from kratom abuse nowadays I’m doing better physically then before I got injected but mentally I’m not quite there yet.

I think I'll start calisthenics before I go back to the gym. Pull ups, pushups etc. can do the trick. ;)

^ Since i started on zyprexa i have started working out again and it helps tons i feel alot better now. I even managed to lose about 5lbs in the past few weeks by switchi ng to diet cola and watching the carbs. So zyprexa doesent seem nearly as bad for weight gain as invega or abilify to me atleast
