I get that distinct feeling as well. I don't think I could manage even a medicinal dose of amphetamine each day - I feel bad for those that need it. But you don't need to go up MUCH for long-term use to really affect someone's judgement. It must be 30 years since I took a dexi. Most certainly should be limited to those who require them.
