Megathread The Most Disturbing Movies Iceberg

So this "iceberg" is made up of Eight Tiers, beggining with the mildest mainstream commonplace horror movies and getting progressively more into it. Tier 1 is the sky over the iceberg if you will Tier 2 is the iceberg we see above the ocean and Tiers 3 and beyond are beneath. Obviously "iceberg" is just a metaphor here. "Rabbit hole" could also work, I guess. Also, this was not created by me, although I have added to it and polished it a little.
The Tiers also generally have themes as well (examples being Tier 3 mostly having a grindhouse vibe, or Tier 4 having things like "Mock-Snuff" themes etc).

I don't know I have an obsession with disturbing or extreme cinema, but I do. And I wanna hear from you guys about this iceberg. Thoughts on the movies, are any movies missed out, what would you add? What have you seen, what do you wanna see and what is a "fuck no" for you?

I know what you mean, but I feel like I HAVE to watch. I have moderate OCD and feel it may be a part of it. Like I strong compulsion. The same kinda thing where you're standing on a train platform and as the train comes you get a sudden compulsion to jump in front of it. I'm far from suicidal and would never do it...but the urge is there just the same.

I'd say the first two tiers were just normal horror stuff. Three and four are for hardcore or more extreme horror fans. Tiers 5 and 6 are only for people who are really into disturbing, fucked up stuff...and the last two or just not okay for anybody lol.
I actually found a torrent someone had made with everything on this list so I have almost all of them now (I think only one or two from tier 8 were missing). I'm trying to lose a little weight, so watching some of the last two tier stuff is actually great at killing the appetite. Especially the scat/vomit porn.
