Sad Sister stole my girlfriend’s wallet

I got drunk and left my girlfriends wallet out, it had 405 dollars in it, and my sister stole it.

Been a pretty fucked up day

Have you asked her why she stole it? Was it for drugs? Have you asked her return what she hasn't spent yet?

Calling the cops before she had a chance to make things right probably spooked her into even attempting to return it.

The cops won't do anything. Just telling them that she stole it isn't enough.They will make a report but they won't arrest her as it's your word against hers. Unless you have her on camera stealing it the cops hands are tied. If she denies stealing it that is and I'm sure she would deny it to a cop but she might come clean with you.

Hope you get your money back though or at least some of it.

Update, the wallet was found in my dads car, I’m pretty sure I don’t leave it there. She’s came back the other day, so I think she left it there to make it seem like she never took it.
