Can anyone tell me what the advantages of sublingual (dissolving under the tongue) and snorting up the nose route of administrations have over standard ingesting a drug into the stomach?

Well it depends on the drug but the general benefit is bypassing first pass metabolism which will destroy some drugs if ingested orally.

Both of those ROAs you mention result in a much shorter comeup. Particularly with intranasal administration, the high is more intense. However, with oral administration, the comeup may take 20-90+ minutes, depending on the substance, stomach pH, and amount and sort of foods ingested prior (fats, proteins etc). A benefit (or downside, if you want to be sober by a particular hour) of the latter is that the high is far more sustained.

You're mainly thinking of pregabalin, IIRC from another thread. Is that right?
Some people say they get a quicker onset from pregabalin using these ROAs but others say it *requires* first-pass metabolism to work right.
I'm not sure which is right, since I've never tried it out. But I don't remember anyone reporting that pregabalin was actually stronger via SL or IN.
And it's an uncomfortably large amount of powder to snort, for sure, and probably none too tasty either.

Like being mentioned if you want a longer stronger buzz take the capsules like the meant to but will take a couple of hours to come up proper but will start feeling in hour hour and a half. Or for quicker just empty capsule in mouth but wont be as intense or as long. Snorting i think you waste more and it no more effective but i still do love snorting a 300 mg after droping a couple the nbormal way

This is kind of a dumb answer since I'm not much of an expert on this, but it's basically the kind of metabolism done exclusively by the stomach. Sometimes it makes drugs weaker, sometimes stronger (like THC).
As other people have stated it depends on the substance. If you want to check for specific substances and roa look up bioavailability of the specific substance from the different roa. Easily found in references like TPDR.
No brother the better buzz comes with taking it orally like a pill whole much better buzz just takes a couple of hours take it low dose if you took 150 mg now i guarenteee you wake up buzzing

I fucked my tolerance up with Pregabalin a long time ago. It never seems to go back to baseline no matter how long I abstain for

Tell me about it i thought you might have never been addicted to them saying that if i leave it a few months i can get a buzz going on 300 mg but not the type when first started where id wake up buzzing the net dayI can assure you that 150mg wouldn't give me any kind of buzz.
will plugging give a stronger buzz i been settled on 300 mg for months now if i plugged it this sound sick how far up and will i get a great buzz with 1 300mg plugged . I had a escort do it with coke that worked wtf i never thought of it with pregabs

I do worry what detrimental effect it might have on my body. According to @MsDiz - who is a doctor, and wrote in the Preg thread in EADD - the main consequences of long term Pregabalin use is cognative decline/dementia
The fucking tolerance a killer on pregabs i was taking 60 300 mg a day when i could get the indian version for 50 p a pill how far up do plug a 300 mg do i stick it in rizzla or just the capsule

I'm afraid I have no idea. Pregabalin is a relatively new drug and I don't think there is a large body of experience on the ROAs or potentiators. I'm not going to try putting it up my butt though!
Also when i was on huge doses i fucked my kidneys not permanatly but had to take pills. It started with foamy piss then water like feeling on lungs bad joints better now but they also fuck kidneys up at massive doses
