Covid-19 The New Covid Megathread v.Oh-my-cron!

Why did you link this? What do you purport it to say? Mostly medical jargon and random numbers. Did you decipher this?

This study tests the effectiveness of 2 shots vs the Omicron variant. So, it would make sense that the CDC has been recommending boosters. Please post data about 3 shots vs omicron, since that is a bit more relevant and up to date with all the medical opinions.

Also I'd like to point out that anyone can submit a science paper for peer review.

If you'd like, I can link some of the most RIDICULOUS science "papers" in history, which appear to be legit, but are clearly misleading and have agendas. They're about drug "science", not covid tho.

Woody Allen is a respected philosopher, I suggest you take up your arguments with him.
dude he's like... literally... he fabricates stories for a living

I'm not throwing shade on his philosophical quotes, but, what the FUCK does he have to do with covid science? That quote... he's talking about making MOVIES not the reality of vaccine science bro!

should I start quoting George Lucas to talk about vaccine science?

no way Blacks are the most trustworthy of the government

i only know 1 black person who's vaxxed and she's a diabetic so that's why she got it.....other than that - zero are vaxxed that i know of

Yeah I wondered about that too. Pretty sure Blacks are currently the least vaxxed racial demographic nationwide. Maybe they trust the gov't but don't trust big pharma, or don't trust shots developed under Trump?

People suggest that it's because of the Tuskegee Syphilis Study, etc.

The Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male[1][2][3] (informally referred to as the Tuskegee Experiment or Tuskegee Syphilis Study) was an ethically abusive study conducted between 1932 and 1972 by the United States Public Health Service (PHS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on a group of nearly 400 African Americans with syphilis.[4][5] The purpose of the study was to observe the effects of the disease when untreated, though by the end of the study it was entirely treatable. The men were not informed of the nature of the experiment, and more than 100 died as a result.

The Public Health Service started the study in 1932 in collaboration with Tuskegee University (then the Tuskegee Institute), a historically Black college in Alabama. In the study, investigators enrolled a total of 600 impoverished African-American sharecroppers from Macon County, Alabama.[6] Of these men, 399 had latent syphilis, with a control group of 201 men who were not infected.[5] As an incentive for participation in the study, the men were promised free medical care. While the men were provided with both medical and mental care that they otherwise would not have received,[7] they were deceived by the PHS, who never informed them of their syphilis diagnosis[6][8][9][10][11] and provided disguised placebos, ineffective methods, and diagnostic procedures as treatment for "bad blood".[12]

The men were initially told that the experiment was only going to last six months, but it was extended to 40 years.[5] After funding for treatment was lost, the study was continued without informing the men that they would never be treated. None of the infected men were treated with penicillin despite the fact that, by 1947, the antibiotic was widely available and had become the standard treatment for syphilis.[13]

The study continued, under numerous Public Health Service supervisors, until 1972, when a leak to the press resulted in its termination on November 16 of that year.[14] By then, 28 patients had died directly from syphilis, 100 died from complications related to syphilis, 40 of the patients' wives were infected with syphilis, and 19 children were born with congenital syphilis.[15]

The 40-year Tuskegee Study was a major violation of ethical standards,[13] and has been cited as "arguably the most infamous biomedical research study in U.S. history."[16] Its revelation led to the 1979 Belmont Report and to the establishment of the Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP)[17] and federal laws and regulations requiring institutional review boards for the protection of human subjects in studies. The OHRP manages this responsibility within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).[17] Its revelation has also been an important cause of distrust in medical science and the US government amongst African Americans.[16]

On May 16, 1997, President Bill Clinton formally apologized on behalf of the United States to victims of the study, calling it shameful and racist.[18] "What was done cannot be undone, but we can end the silence," he said. "We can stop turning our heads away. We can look at you in the eye, and finally say, on behalf of the American people, what the United States government did was shameful and I am sorry."[18][19]

Can't access the CDC website. They were still running it in 1972.

Have you heard about the tests these people have conducted on people, unbeknowst to them?

1950, to conduct a simulation of a biological warfare attack, the U.S. Navy sprayed large quantities of the bacteria Serratia marcescens – considered harmless at the time – over the city of San Francisco during a project called Operation Sea-Spray. Numerous citizens contracted pneumonia-like illnesses, and at least one person died as a result.[40][41][42][43][44][45] The family of the person who died sued the government for gross negligence, but a federal judge ruled in favor of the government in 1981.[46] Serratia tests were continued until at least 1969.[47]

Also in 1950, Dr. Joseph Stokes of the University of Pennsylvania deliberately infected 200 female prisoners with viral hepatitis.[48]

From the 1950s to 1972, mentally disabled children at the Willowbrook State School in Staten Island, New York, were intentionally infected with viral hepatitis, for research whose purpose was to help discover a vaccine.[49] From 1963 to 1966, Saul Krugman of New York University promised the parents of mentally disabled children that their children would be enrolled into Willowbrook in exchange for signing a consent form for procedures that he claimed were "vaccinations". In reality, the procedures involved deliberately infecting children with viral hepatitis by feeding them an extract made from the feces of patients infected with the disease.[50][51]

In 1952, Chester M. Southam, a Sloan-Kettering Institute researcher, injected live cancer cells, known as HeLa cells, into prisoners at the Ohio State Penitentiary and cancer patients. Also at Sloan-Kettering, 300 healthy females were injected with live cancer cells without being told. The doctors stated that they knew at the time that it might cause cancer.[52]

In 1953, Dr. Frank Olson and several other colleagues were unknowingly dosed with LSD as part of a CIA experiment. Olson died nine days later after falling to his death from a hotel window under suspicious circumstances.

The San Francisco Chronicle, December 17, 1979, p. 5 reported a claim by the Church of Scientology that the CIA conducted an open-air biological warfare experiment in 1955 near Tampa, Florida, and elsewhere in Florida with whooping cough bacteria. It was alleged that the experiment tripled the whooping cough infections in Florida to over one-thousand cases and caused whooping cough deaths in the state to increase from one to 12 over the previous year. This claim has been cited in a number of later sources, although these added no further supporting evidence.[53][54]

During the 1950s the United States conducted a series of field tests using entomological weapons (EW). Operation Big Itch, in 1954, was designed to test munitions loaded with uninfected fleas (Xenopsylla cheopis). In May 1955 over 300,000 uninfected mosquitoes (Aedes aegypti) were dropped over parts of the U.S. state of Georgia to determine if the air-dropped mosquitoes could survive to take meals from humans. The mosquito tests were known as Operation Big Buzz. The U.S. engaged in at least two other EW testing programs, Operation Drop Kick and Operation May Day.[53

In the 2010s, Facebook breached ethical guidelines by conducting a research experiment to manipulate 700,000 users' emotions without their consent.[183]

At Harvard University, in the late 1940s, researchers began performing experiments in which they tested diethylstilbestrol, a synthetic estrogen, on pregnant women at the Lying-In Hospital of the University of Chicago. The women experienced an abnormally high number of miscarriages and babies with low birth weight (LBW). None of the women were told that they were being experimented on.[167]

In 2004, University of Minnesota research participant Dan Markingson died by suicide while enrolled in an industry-sponsored pharmaceutical trial comparing three FDA-approved atypical antipsychotics: Seroquel (quetiapine), Zyprexa (olanzapine), and Risperdal (risperidone). Writing on the circumstances surrounding Markingson's death in the study, which was designed and funded by Seroquel manufacturer AstraZeneca, University of Minnesota Professor of Bioethics Carl Elliott noted that Markingson was enrolled in the study against the wishes of his mother, Mary Weiss, and that he was forced to choose between enrolling in the study or being involuntarily committed to a state mental institution.[168] Further investigation revealed financial ties to AstraZeneca by Markingson's psychiatrist, Dr. Stephen C. Olson, oversights and biases in AstraZeneca's trial design, and the inadequacy of university Institutional Review Board (IRB) protections for research subjects.[169] A 2005 FDA investigation cleared the university. Nonetheless, controversy around the case has continued. A Mother Jones article[170] resulted in a group of university faculty members sending a public letter to the university Board of Regents urging an external investigation into Markingson's death.[171]

Maybe I should make my 'persuasive argument' on "why pharmaceutical companies are not your friend" and how you should historically not submit to experimentation, and how they might even do it anyway.

Yeah, it's terrible what they did. I wouldn't be surprised if Tuskegee has an influence on Covid vax status in Blacks.

Yup I understood the papers fully. But I'm not answering your questions because I wasn't talking to you. I was answering somebody else. Stand in line.

Not interested in your opinion anyway which is incredibly biased and one-sided, and always has been.

People with 2 shots + booster are getting omicron. This is mainstream news now. Go away.

You cannot be serious in taking that video seriously. You can dry your tears for that pretty face I assure you.

Lemme tell you something: at bare fucking minimum if there was any truth to that shit the Americans and the British and the EU would be shouting and screaming via any media they can lay their hands on not to mention sanctioning the fuck out of Australia and I can tell you the AUKUS deal would be null and void by now for sure and that would have made headlines for sure.

This fucking Internet is genuine getting on my tits. I thought the tech. companies were supposed to be taking utter bullshit down. Apparently not. Not YouTube anyway. Seems to me you have free reign on YouTube to pubilsh whatever fucking bullshit you fancy on any given day.

If anything here's what's happening:

Don't sound like internment camps to me (depends on what narrative some idiot is trying to push I suppose).

The homeless would sacrifice limbs to move in there! Three meals per day. Nice clean and sanitized rooms. Free Internet. Sorry: no bottled water! :ROFLMAO: Cheapskates! And no Uber Eats either.

Doesn't anybody check these sensationlist YT titles out before posting links to them?

Cannot actually wait for @birdup to get the fuck out of bed and see this shit. Maybe he can mosey on over to one of the "camps" and take some pics. and make some vids. of the "prisoners" for us. And be sure to look out for fresh digging (ground) i.e. maybe there's MILLIONS of Australians being interred or starved to death or shot for not wanting to eat their "camp rations".

While the government document coreberates elements of her story, I do eagerly await Ben turning up and putting an end to all this. Pethaps he can even get some video interviews with the prisoners, or indeed even some footage, or simply photos would be of help.

So even when you HAVE the evidence... you refuse to show us.... because.... why? "you were talking to someone else"???? what is this, 5th grade recess?

I didn't even ask you if you understood the papers, I was asking you what their significance was....

defensive much?

LMAO

merry christmas you sad, strange, weird motherfuckers

He had no prior heart conditions, or any health conditions. Totally healthy.
That's subjective. Unless the dude went for a battery of tests two days before the unfortunate event and prior to getting vaccinated: you don't KNOW all of that.

Do you have any idea how many supposedly healthy people just drop one day out of the blue from heart attacks no vaccine involved? "But he was fine, and active, no signs, and now he's dead" type of thing. "Healthy" is subjective.

Died of a heart attack on ice.
Heart attacks can be caused by multiple factors. My point was "what's the smoking gun" in this case?

Using your analogy and example: so I go get vaccinated two days ago, have a brain aneurysm two days later, and stroke as a result while driving, and crash my car and die in the accident. So what killed me? By your logic it'd be the vaccine right? Meanwhile back at the ranch I've had high blood pressure for months but appeared and felt normal. Bearing mind that blood pressure doesn't stay constant 24/7.

Everyone, even his doctors, are drawing the same conclusion.
And therein lies the problem. Surely to fuck there'd be an examination involved when a supposedly 100% healthy young chap just drops seemingly for NO good reason? No conclusions or speculation or opinions just medical fact. And that's where/how this shit starts.

Not interested in your apologism. Fuck off please.
Right back at you asshole. Would you have felt better if I'd sent you the usual cliched bullshit before asking my questions? "So sorry for your loss" and "is there anything I can do for you". Empty fucking words. I don't know you and I didn't know him. So frankly I couldn't give a flying fuck about either.
