Mental Health Voices, music and imagining typing on my phone while trying to sleep

Sometimes when I wake up like snap I put my hands instantly to boxing position as a reflex. Dunno why, happened like 2 weeks ago.
I also have woken up on my own laugh.
After I had done speed for like 2 years I once woke to my own scream, but that was just one time case - just like the laugh.
The randomest one I have ever had was that I was sleeping next to my girl, I saw a dream about a human who disgusts me to the end and I woke up and spitted on my own floor.
My fiancee thought it was pretty quostionable.
I usually spit on peoples face if I don't like them so it was kind of reflex too.

Is yours from drug use or past addictions or mental illness? Are you awake when you hear your name or type on imaginary phone, or your weed pipe? lol
If awake is on one side of the door and asleep on the other, hypnagogic occurrences are standing right in the doorway if that makes sense?
Not necessarily from drugs (though drug use may affect the frequency and nature of these occurrences).

The one where the weed pipe just vanished out of my hands for example, I was really really extra sober because it was on a night when nobody in town had any weed.

When codeine was new to me though, it precipitated these kind of 'pre-sleep dreams' where my mind would wander off to the cinema before I was really, properly asleep. That was what I had when I thought I was on the beach but was on a beach

I have no mental illness other than some anxiety and sleep issues and stuff like that. No schizophrenia or paranoid delusions or anything of that nature. Some people just experience strange reverberations of the day's thoughts when they are falling asleep.. so unless you are continuously having waking nightmares or something, it's nothing to worry about.

Maybe have a Look at:
Exploding head syndrome
Tetris effect
Hypnagogia

Yeah same as me, generalised anxiety disorder though, not regular anxiety this is a horrible thing to have, you worry constantly about everything, and when one problem sorts itself out theres always one waiting, and your mind flips from one problem to the next throughout the day, and when you think you've not much to worry about you think of upsetting stuff that you can't control and things that may or may not happen, mad things too that probably won't happen but you never know

Apart from what my head goes through I wrote above I also think of animals and all the cruelty and suffering they go through, starving animals and abandoned ones because they are strays, having kittens in the cold winter and rain etc, I get flashbacks of story's I've read, or got told and animal cruelty pictures I've seen on news etc, I had to delete Facebook for 2 and a half years because of all the horrible animal links and stories people shared to the newsfeed, the wild fires in Australia almost tipped me over the edge, all those burnt koalas and kangeroo's, and the ones that survived lost their home, I couldn't cope, it all gets to much, and poor cats in China being thrown out of windows in high story buildings in China at start of the pandemic because a news reporter fucked up and said cats can give humans coronavirus when she meant they can catch it but not pass it to humans and it's rare for a cat to get it anyway, of course then my mind thought, they are testing on cats now, another thing this pandemic caused, cat abuse and testing vaccines on cats, giving them coronavirus on purpose in labs as China thought they was the answer to a vaccine, that was the last time I read the newspaper as it had pictures of dead and injured dying cats laying in the street my heart broke that day, other stuff too that broke my heart, all this pops into my head, I can go on and on about the stuff my head is filled with, and the dam music I've mentioned, today's music is also a phoebe song from friends I will listen to music soon on YouTube to shut it up

Oh right thankyou, I won't stress to much about it then when it happens, mildly again last night for a few seconds and I'd only had Mirtazapine, valerian and CBD but obviously valium has long half life so it was still in my system from the previous 3 nights
