I'd also be keen to see the EXACT wording i.e. whether or not referred to Biden at "President Elect" or "Mister" (and don't anybody bother me with the technicalities of this i.e. fuck how things are traditionally done). But yeah: could be President Putin's opening gambit (because I can tell you that based on all of footage I've watched in the last 24 hours Biden had better not think he's going to be laying down the law to Russia because it ain't gonna happen).
As for it all being over: the White House Press Secretary (God bless her soul) sure doesn't seem to be working for what she perceives to be a defeated Trump Administration.

I really, truthfully am suddenly growing increasingly convinced Trump WILL be the next president, wishful thinking nothing to do with it, that a serious tonne of real truth will finally be outed to the wide public, plus more more more.

If I am shown wrong in my beliefs, come Inauguration day and next 4 years, I won't feel any shame or embarassment at all. If what I say does unfold, well it will be a very interesting turn of events, and a dramatically different picture we are looking at across the Globe, of which this thread is one very teeny teeny dot of.
