Sinning, as Jesus and the church say, is good. Turn or burn Christians.

It's entirely possible that 'virgin' conception, I.e. conception without intercourse, was already known during Jesus' time, as would 'dying' from a dose of something like datura, then 'waking' from the dead 3 days later, Jesus eventually dying of his wounds from crucifixion days or weeks later. As far as I'm concerned Jesus's crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension is entirely plausible without divine intervention, especially given that Israel was on the verge of being wiped off the map, and millions of Jews murdered. Its always fun and snarky to play word games and sophist sleight of hand to put the Old Testament and New Testament down, but not so funny when you remember just how many tens of millions of Jews have died in the name of Israel, something I'm sure the 'gnostic christians', I.e. Roman neoplatonists, could care less about.

What's so funny about 'gnostic christians' is that they literally cannot exist without the OT and NT to bag on, they really are professional judeo-christian critics, endlessly decrying 'evil yahweh' and the church's fake Jesus, because, at the end of the day, they have nothing else to talk about.

I guess that counting the inquisitions that targeted both the Jews and the Gnostic Christians would not change your idiotic thinking.

Do you not think that letting Christians know that they are immoral in following a genocidal prick of a Yahweh or his vile homophobic and misogynous religion, is a good idea?

Should we not correct the immoral Christians, or is it ok with you when people call evil good and emulate it?

Insert gays and women harmed by homophobic and misogynous religions to this quote. You should get an idea of what you should be doing with the homophobic and misogynous mainstream religions if you live by the golden rule.

Please get back to me with your conclusion.

Martin Niemöller
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

The very fact that your views aren’t embraced on any real scale, with many ‘ lifelong’ supporters, makes its own case against ya. Fear of what ya don’t understand

???

You must be wrong.

The knowledge that genocidal types, be they men or gods, --- are evil, --- is well accepted by most people, except in the god religions. They adore Yahweh.

Do you embrace a genocidal character like Yahweh, as good, the way Christians do?

Or do you have the moral sense to condemn Yahweh to hell?

You carry on about christian morality, but have you even read the first page of their book?

God weighs in pretty early with his view that murdering your brother is an asshole move.

And bro, when you start talking about having the 'moral sense to condemn to hell' thats a good indication that your compass might be off a bit. Just give that some thought.

There are no sites where Christians do any decent apologetics. They want to indoctrinate and not learn by losing an honest debate.

Prove me wrong and find even one.

Your always asking others to do the work for you.. How about YOU find one and stop posting the same useless bullshit every other day... Your lazy not wanting to truly debate with the Christians so you waste your time trying to convert people that could give a damn either way.

Once you are introduced to the history of philosophy, religion is bound to appear little more than a knot on the chain.

Don’t believe in hell. Wage of sin is death. Why would god punish for eternity for a a comparatively short time on earth? Cmon now...

Fairly certain AB is a closet gnostic, bet he has the ole mass morsel in his mouth come Sunday mornin like a good little robot. On his knees. Plays his tunes in a safe, anonymous environment. Don’t be hating God boy, ‘‘twas the priests , not him.

Which notion sounds more logical?
Result of millions of years of ‘ accidents’ ? From primordial ooze to beauty that is a woman, a newborn baby, a sunset?
Or that a divine Creator cared enough to give us variety, joy and emotion.
If the former, pray tell why, ( best example, don’t get angry lady’s) we-aren’t like all other mammals. We get choices in our view of perfect. Blonde brunette, thick, lithe. Tall, short. Shy, extrovert. If evolution, the inbreeding early on would discount the variety, and goes against Darwinesque efficiency. As does the very power of logic we possess.

I heard about that too, I dunno.
Ophiuchus (/ɒfiˈjuːkəs/) is a large constellation straddling the celestial equator. Its name is from the Greek Ὀφιοῦχος (Ophioukhos, "serpent-bearer"), and it is commonly represented as a man grasping a snake (symbol ⛎, Unicode U+26CE). The serpent is represented by the constellation Serpens. Ophiuchus was one of the 48 constellations listed by the 2nd-century astronomer Ptolemy, and it remains one of the 88 modern constellations. It was formerly referred to as Serpentarius (/sɜːrpənˈtɛəriəs/).

48 and 88. WTF.

Here is another information page.

Fun fact. Nostradamus showed the 13th sign.

Give some thought to why you would send Hitler to hell, yet would heap praise on one of his ilk, Yahweh, just because he is a god.

Like most Christians, it seems that you are a moral coward who would condemn a man for an act, while giving Yahweh a pass.

That is why I talk of the corrupted Christian moral sense.

And no Hitler to Hell. Same rule applies to ALL mankind. The wage of sin is death.

@Gnostic Bishop, I thought you might like this.

It gets interesting at the 50 minute mark when the rabbi starts talking about גמטריא gematria (Jewish numerology) and Kabbalism. Anyway, feel free to disregard this if you don't care for it. I've been watching these Rabbi Yitzchak Ginsburgh videos this week and find them kind of interesting

Where did I mention Hitler? Making your comment a pontification of nonsense basically. Do you see?

It seems that for now, you are a pseudo-intellectual with your head firmly wedged in an unhelpful location.

You don't have to be that guy bro. Waste of a prefrontal lobe.

I dont think he punishes, its more like a consequence of refusing help that you needed.

Nor do I think hell was ever intended to imply eternal punishment.

It was a reference to a garbage dump basically, that was always on fire. It implies a probably unpleasant and perhaps permanent destruction, not eternal punishment. In my view.
