Lost Tested positve for oxy!? Being sent to a lab for further analysis

Hey guys. So I went to a detox clinic in feb. Was put on suboxone in replace of oxy. I've been on suboxone 7 months now. I did relapse, it was meant to be a 1 time thing. But it turned into 3 or 4cdays of taking ALOT that has happend twice in the last 7 months.

However... 3 days after being back on suboxone, roughly 78 hours after last dose.. I texted negitive for oxy.

2nd time, so I tested positive 70 hours after last dose. I played it off as it having to be due to my antihistamines. (I actually did have an alergic reaction for the first time in my life, just wasn't that bad.) So I had to go back for another sample today. This is now EIGHT days (minus 4 hours) since I had taken oxycodone. And have been taking suboxone every single day..

So I go in, take the urine test. And its POSITIVE!?!? Hooow!? I did have a reaaaaalllly bad alergic reaction. But I had only taken benadryl ONCE and it was last Saturday... so 8.5 days... how in the hell did I test positive!?

I'm 25 , very thin. High metabolism.
My doctor is sending in my urine for a lab test because I was literally so confused how that was even possible I know the max is 5 days...

What do you think happend? Dr asked me if I got laced weed. I said I highly doubt it because I order actual products (not bud) from weedmaps app in canada. BUT I tested positive for opiates every sample since I've been using this last order from weedmaps...

Anyone know about lab tests? What do you think is actually the case here?
 
Idk if its worth noting. But I havnt been eatten much at all the past week. I doubt that would effect my liver for urine test. I drank loads and loads of water, Gatorade, and iced tea on wednesday and thursday. (Thursday 4pm would make it 4 days since last dose) and today... monday at 12:30pm I tested positive AGAIN.... havnt taken any oxycodone since the sunday prior... how is this possible?
 
Weird, I can't speak on your methods, but I've always had success using stingers to pass urine screens.

What is that? I get tested again tomorrow... I have no idea how in the hell it tested positive 8 days later. I took oxy ONE day. And by the time I take the text tm itll have been 6 days. I've been fine with 3.5 days before so idk why I apparently tested positive after 8. I was told it will go to a lab to get specifics. I find out tm. I also acted very anxious on purpose to get an increase of suboxone. And I did get an increase. But I'm wondering if they just decided to pretend I tested positive for oxy that day.. so I'm gonna just be normal, take 3 diazepam (I'm perscribed) before I go in tm. And make sure I've urinated a few times before I go in.

If u happen to know ppl on the forum, could you please please ask them to help out in this thread? It's weird bc the guy that tests my urine.. talks to me right after he tests. And he never said I tested positive last time. He said the 31st I did.... which I already knew. Once i finished talking to him i saw my dr. She said i tested positive again and i was like what the hell that makes ZERO SENSE (and i was confident because i had passed with flying colours before with only 3.5 days. Suddenly positve after 8!? I've read online max is 4-5 days... and I'm extreamly skinny still so my metabolism isnt slow.
 
The most bizarre thing used to happen to me when I was on Suboxone. For about 9 months straight, each month my urine would have a very faint line for oxycodone on the immunoassay test and lab gc/ms would confirm some insanely small amount, like 60 (I don't remember unit of measure for blood samples, maybe ng/dl but I'm not sure). What's baffling about this, is I legitimately had not used oxycodone the whole year. I still think back to those lab tests confirming oxycodone in my blood and have still never reached a logical conclusion on how it would be possible. Luckily my doctor didn't care, but it was bizarre enough that I cared how it was physically possible. Your post reminds me of that.

At one point I started to suspect my roommate was contaminating the food or something, unintentionally (I hope lol), or I literally don't know. The possibilities are endless.
 
Idk what to say I didn’t scroll to look at other comments, but when I went to rehab.. I barley tested positive to get in and had to basically take a klonopin and claim that’s what I needed in conjunction with oxy addiction so idk. This was 3 days after but I did have helluh emotional withdrawal when I was in detox. How much were you taking? I was only taking maybe 20-30mg a day sometimes less with days in betweeen.

Were you perhaps dieting at the time? Some lipophilic drugs can get trapped in fat and released later. I dunno if oxy can but it's the only explanation I have.
 
I test in a few hours. I'm in suboxone now.. and clonadine and diazepam. ,(all prescribed) I'm so confused rn. I just read something about red bull can cause false positive for opiates and methamphetamine which I hope is bullshit because I just recently started drinking it here and there but I drink "stark bucks double shot energy+caffine" multioul times a day. I'm having one right now. My test is in 3 hours.

Doubt it. Lol Red Bull has nothing that would metabolized you morphine hydromorphone oxymorphone, etc etc. as long as you’ve abstained. You should be fine

I rarely eat to be honest. . Sometimes I'll have supper. And snack on super sugary drinks. I'm like 120 pounds... I go in within the next 40 minutes. Wish me luck!

I just read that the facebook red bull myth ... they tested pure redbull .... not urine from someone drinking redbull so that's pretty much a false test

As a rule, it’s generally 72 hours or 3 days. But if you used a while, there’s a possibility that could last longer with chronic usage. But if your taking a 10 or so here and there I wouldn’t see that as an issue keep us updated.
 
I failed a probation drug test for Oxycodone 6.5 days later, nearly an entire 160 hours later. So it’s possible to fail much longer than 3 days. This was after weeks of 100 + mg daily use, but still
 
If they are looking for it they will drop the levels needed to test positive. I have certainly dropped dirty for dope 7 days after using. Just figured it was good dope and didn't want to leave me. But even dropped clean the day after using. Tests can be off also.
 
So what happens when the tests come back? Do they kick you out of the rehab program? I mean relapse is sometimes part of recovery. They should be understanding that this shit happens.
Are they billing your insurance company or are you paying out of pocket?
Some places take advantage of the relapse just so they can charge you more, and if they are drooling over something then it would be the reintake assessment (which can sometimes be double$) not to mention they will say you need a more structured treatment and can charge for that too.
Just incase, maybe look at what other options are available. Treatment programs are a dime a dozen so if one puts you out then another will open it's doors because to be honest, sometimes its not about you, it's about the money they can make off of you.
One option is since you are prescribed to suboxone, it will be easier for you to get in with a legit suboxone doctor, maybe look around for whats close.

The next test I had I passed. I'm about to test again soon within an hour or so. It's been 4 and a half days and I used for 3 days then stopped for two and took for one more day. So been 4 and a half days but i completely forgot to eat well and drink alot of water. I just chugged a bottle of water hoping that's enough.


Didnt kick me out. Just lower the amount of Carrie's and ask me why it's there. I live in canada so everything is covered.

I passed the last test. I go in for another today. Hope it's good news. Last time I didnt use to much. Just 8-4 80mgs in a day. Now it's been 4.5 days since I took 5 40s. I was clean for 2 days before I took those but had been taking for 3 days prior. I forgot to drink lots of water. :/ so well see.
