hahahaha.... fail.

@JGrimez

People are going to protest against police brutality and race crimes no matter what. A lot of them wear masks.

Trump on the other hand is holding rallies for his reelection and ignoring all safety protocols about social distancing. Biden, though, is practicing safety and Trump mocks him for it on twitter while the country is dying and having a 2nd wave. Trump is a fucking child with a huge ego. https://nypost.com/2020/06/20/trump-mocks-zero-enthusiasm-joe-biden-rally-in-philadelphia/

There's a difference here.

Trump is ethically and intellectually unprepared to run this country.

There's a difference here.
Nice try, I'm not buying it.
The difference is that one gathering furthers a radical and violent far-left agenda, and the other one helps Trump win re-election.
People who protest are not adhering to social distancing and many aren't wearing masks. They've also been instructed to stay home to not even risk the transmission of the virus onto the elderly.
BTW if the elites were calling out rioters then I my stance would be different but they're purposefully conflating protesters and rioters so this is how they will be reacted to.

Trump is a fucking child with a huge ego.
This is kind of funny because even if it's true, a large segment of leftists fit this description far better.
The actual reasons (that they might not even be conscious of) they hate Trump is pretty interesting.

Over one MILLION people tuned in to the Trump rally on YouTube tonight

Joe Biden can’t even get 1,000 people to tune in to some of his rallies on YouTube

Which one do you think has an “enthusiasm problem” according to the mainstream media?

🤔

That's cos Trump is does a great POTUS/Stand-up comedian act. You never know which one you're gonna get. Really nice of Trump to broadcast his own version of Saturday Night Live.

Based on what evidence? You think maybe statements like this may be a reason you are perceived to be far-right Grimey? No, calm down, I'm NOT saying you are far-right so let's not go off on a tangent, I'm merely asking if you think these kinds of statements lead to people thinking you are.

That proves my point and shows how some people cannot understand labels. So because someone criticises the far left that makes them far right? Wrong. It just makes them not far left. They might just be moderate Left. Look at how many people voted for Obama twice who then voted for Trump. Did Obama turn them all "far right"? Unlikely. Or are you saying that every Trump supporter is far right? Weird take.

Not necessarily, certainly no more than someone who criticizes the far right not necessarily being far left. If however someone constantly criticizes left it could be perceivable that they endorse right were they not to similarly criticize the right too.

Or are you saying that every Trump supporter is far right?
Most definitely not, people across the spectrum voted Trump. Sadly democracy nowadays, not just in the US, has come down to choosing the moron standing for one party or the idiot standing for the other party.

Yes there are problems with multi-party systems where there is no absolute decision on any one party or its nominated idiot/moron being president/prime-minister/head-cretin. This creates coalition governments meaning nothing gets done (exceptions apply) because one side of the coalition continuously blocks the other side.

Ah for the good old days of party-less government by senators as conceived by the ancient Greeks.

Or it just means that one wing is currently more insane, unreasonable, vindictive, hateful and imo downright psychopathic than the other.
I criticize the right too but they're mostly uneducated/ignorant as opposed to consciously nefarious.
Make no bones about it - the Left are the extremely serious threat right now (let me say it again for you - that doesn't make me far right).

An example is that now while far-left rioters are looting and burning cities - the left-wing media will come out and say that far-right white supremacists are currently the biggest threat.
Even if they are a serious threat, that's just objectively not true at this moment.

Or it just means that one wing is currently more insane
They're equally insane IMO, just that the left are getting more air-time right now.

the Left are the extremely serious threat right now
Yep, but give it a few weeks or months and mass-media will find something else to exaggerate. Don't know yet if it will have a left label or a right label.

let me say it again for you
No need. I don't think of you as left or right, just a dude with an opinion.

An example is that now while far-left rioters are looting and burning cities...
Everything in balance. US has the left acting up, UK has the right acting up. Harmony restored.

Besides which, if the left didn't have the right and vice-versa, what else would these folks have to get upset about. Maybe the environment? Poverty? Food/water shortages? You know, the global-type stuff.

They'd be bored stiff and probably going off and doing drugs for entertainment :) Hmmm, coming to think of it ....

I guess you think all one million of them were supporters?

I was pretty surprised he couldn't even fill up that stadium, as much publicity as it got. In one of the most Republican states in the country? Last I heard, 1,000,000 people wanted a ticket...yet only 6200 show up? What the hell happened ?

I honestly don't think so.
Sanity is being suppressed, ostracized and ridiculed - and it just so happens that conservatives are currently experiencing extreme censorship.
TBH it's not even just conservatives it's also libertarians, nationalists, some moderate leftists.

Yep, but give it a few weeks or months and mass-media will find something else to exaggerate. Don't know yet if it will have a left label or a right label.
No this has been progressively getting worse - in terms of the Left growing in power and implementing/forcing their agendas.
But I do agree that the media will find something else soon to keep people in fear and divided. Covid, race wars, now covid again... what'll be next?

No need. I don't think of you as left or right, just a dude with an opinion.
Thanks that is actually a perfect description.

Besides which, if the left didn't have the right and vice-versa, what else would these folks have to get upset about.
The ones who are oppressing all of us.
That's what the oppressors fear the most.
That's why they go to such great lengths to keep us divided.

Interesting, I just saw AOC laughing and thanking Zoomers for fraudulently acquiring tickets to the rally with no intention of going. So I wonder how many empty seats were due to this prank or it was simply lack of enthusiasm.
I guess the live-stream numbers are a good marker. I wouldn't be surprised if Trump has a lost a substantial amount of support but even in that case I still don't see how Biden could beat him (in a fair election).

how Biden could beat him (in a fair election).

already hedging your bets huh?

haha, yeah I just saw that too. Steve Schmidt says his daughters and their friends personally reserved hundreds of tickets

Four years ago I said that Trump would win a fair election but I was concerned Hillary would take it via electoral fraud.
I was wrong - Trump won in spite of the fraud (and I won $200 on a bet).
I was also wrong in that I expected Trump to have addressed the voter fraud issue by now before the next election. So if he loses via electoral fuckery then he's only got himself to blame.

haha, yeah I just saw that too. Steve Schmidt says his daughters and their friends personally reserved hundreds of tickets
That's pretty funny albeit childish.
The problem now is they can't say empty seats at the rally were due to lack of interest.
It was due to communist sabotage :devilish:

yeah it's a great look really, a group of teenage tiktokers sabotaging arguably your highest profile campaign event of all time. You'd think maybe the presidential campaign staff would be able to outwit a group of gen z Kpop fans.

My money is on the perceived threat of war with <insert nation name here> as that will rally left, right and middle to The Cause. Why> Cos 'murika is GREAT. Hey, worked for Bush<>Blair, don't knock it 'til you tried it.

That's why they go to such great lengths to keep us divided.
And this is the thing that grinds my gears the most. The average slob (yep, I'm one of them sometimes too) is so focused on on the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle the politicians, "news" channels and social media are pushing them that sight of the bigger picture is lost.

Allow me to leave you with this. Worth listening to even if you are not a Peter Gabriel fan...Games without Frontiers

Dressing up in costumes, playing silly games
Hiding out in treetops, shouting out rude names
If looks could kill, they probably will
In games without frontiers, war without tears

Bold and underline is mine for emphasis... but it's odd how you are conflating protesters and rioters in order to paint the protesters as a group as violent (and thus working to de-legitimize the movement, which is something you and some others in here keep doing), and then in the same post, you state that the elites are purposely conflating rioters with protesters, the very same thing you're doing.

I just want to get this straight... you DO agree that there is an attempt to conflate peaceful protesters with those who are using this to be violent and destructive, right? If so, it would be nice if you stopped doing the same whenever it is conducive to your argument. The #1 thing being used in the media and people who don't support the protests is this very thing. The vast majority of protesters are peaceful and are exercising their civic duty to protest what they disagree with, but those seeking to oppose this right of the people to protest are undermining it by saying "see, there is some terrible violence and looting going on, therefore you should be opposed to this movement because clearly all these people are violent nutjobs who just want to burn everything down and attack innocent people and their property".

This is like the first time in 4 years that the Left has managed to successfully troll Trump - what you're feeling now is common to the MAGA crowd (and I'm calling BS on giving credit to tiktok/k-pop)
But then what does this prove? It shows that Trump's opponents are desperate to shatter the illusion of massive support for Trump - because the arena otherwise would have been full - and that's even in spite of corona-chan panic, serious threats from the Left, protests/violence etc.
You could even say that's bordering on interfering with the democratic process (if this happened to Biden they'd blame Russia).
Do you think Biden could pack out arenas? Maybe, maybe not. They're never going to risk it as it would probably flop.
And then they'll tell us in the MSM that Biden has a double-digit lead.
Can't believe they haven't learned anything from 2016's epic fuckup.

And this is the thing that grinds my gears the most. The average slob (yep, I'm one of them sometimes too) is so focused on on the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle the politicians, "news" channels and social media are pushing them that sight of the bigger picture is lost.
Very easy to get caught up in. It's a veritable minefield out there.

but it's odd how you are conflating protesters and rioters in order to paint the protesters as a group as violent (and thus working to de-legitimize the movement, which is something you and some others in here keep doing), and then in the same post, you state that the elites are purposely conflating rioters with protesters, the very same thing you're doing.
First of all let's be clear- if corona-chan panic is true and genuine then even peaceful protesters should be staying home. Yes I care about black lives and police brutality just as much but it's simply not an excuse to spread the virus (their logic).
Personally I've heavily criticized the corona-chan panic so I actually have no problem with peaceful protesting right now - however - if I was protesting for a noble cause I would not let violent factions take it over. I would either cease the peaceful protesting so that the violent troublemakers could be identified and rounded up, or I would at least definitely be calling them out. I wouldn't make excuses such as "this is a reaction to the problem that we're protesting", which I view as a common sentiment among protesters, so many of them are conflating the groups themselves.

Couple that with the fact that I think the re-emergence of BLM has not happened organically leads me to sympathize very little with "peaceful protesters" at this moment. IMO they fit the description of useful idiots. They're like a Trojan horse to introduce other agendas which they are either oblivious to, aware of but refuse to call out or they actively support them. For eg a protest against Chauvin murdering Floyd has now led to the taking down of statues of Washington and Thomas Jefferson. So I respect the point that you're making and I agree in a certain context, but no, f**k the zombie sheep peaceful protesters. They're doing more harm than good by allowing themselves to be weaponized - and by their own advice they should be staying home anyway.

Worth listening to even if you are not a Peter Gabriel fan...
Did he say "Adolf builds a bonfire"?
Reported for antisemitism.
