Its been 32 hours since my last pain killer. I was off work today but have to work tomorrow. I wait tables. Is this going to be possible? Has anyone worked during withdrawals? Any advice?

Unless u can get some gabapentin, i doubt youll have Energy to work, Let Alone just stand up AND walk around.

Taking into account strength and bioavailablity, 100mg oral oxycodone is the same as 100mg IV morphine so you'll probably have a similar withdrawal to nznity.

Before anyone argues: (I'm using O and M as I have to mention both drugs many times). 100mg IV M is equal to 300mg Oral M. O is 1.5 times stronger than M so 100mg oral O would be equal to 150mg oral M, but oral O had twice the bioavailablity as oral M so 100mg oral O is the same as 300mg oral M, or 100mg IV M.

(if I'm wrong and 100mg oral O is actually equivalent to 150mg oral M, someone more knowledgeable feel free to correct me).

Didn't know any of this LOL. It's been about a month since I've taken that much. And although my last day on them I took 25 mg, I still wouldn't say that's my average that I'll be coming down off since that was just one day. Probably about 40 to 50 mg seems about accurate as my average daily use before quitting.

nothing fancy or anything like some mathematical stuff but i agree with you on the conversion about morphine as i was on both too at a stage and when i was moved from inj to oral i recieved 90mg oral M a day fron half a mil inj M a day.

on the withdraw part it's gonna suck no jokes or sugar coating it. like some have mentioned try get gabapenin or pregabalin if you can. But seems you are surviving.

( im back to bed and hiding )

Im 99% sure this is actually correct, the BA is already factored in when they use the term oral, otherwise they wouldnt really have to specify the roa

So yea 100mg Oxy would be 150mg Morph if both are oral. Ive always used this for conversions, it compares everything to 10mg oral morphine and has oxy at 6.67mg.

I think that if you feel like you can manage, and arent gonna get fired, then you should go. If you push yourself on the hardest days the easier days will be no problem. Hopefully you would be able to leave if you felt you had to though
