Stimulants How much benzos do you take after stimulants

Many people here talk about, or recommend, benzos for coming down from stimulant highs, or for getting through the first few days after quitting.

My question is what kind of dosages are we talking about? Because I don't like to waste them I would take just 10 mg diazepam after 36 hours or so awake to take the edge off and open the door to sleeping or at least resting peacefully. However I know other people go for the knockout dose straight out of the gate when their high time is over. .

What's your preference and dose? Mention if you are already a benzo daily user or otherwise have tolerance issues.
 
Im not a stim user but when i use i find 15mg Arem or 30mg Dalmadorm to do the trick and dopaquel too but its not a benzo
 
I like at least 1mg Xanax when I'm coming down from Adderall. Sometimes I'll just take melatonin instead. I also don't binge or redose often, so no all nighters or multiple days awake. I prefer to take the stimulants early when I need to be productive and only take downers to help me fall asleep at a reasonable time if I'm still feeling restless after the come down.

Not a daily user of either drug. But definitely taking them more than once a week so I'm sure I have some amount of tolerance for both.

My first time with benzo's was using Diazepam for a comedown of MDMA.

It took me 40mg to get a bit sleepy. That 40mg was still active 36 hours later. Drowsy for a day and a half.

imo for comedown a shorter acting one is preferable. Like Etizolam or Alprazolam.
 
I Take clonazepam regularly, only. .5mg like 3-4 times a week. If you are tired enough already and the stimulant is leaving your system, a regular dose should do the trick. Depends what stim your messing with. No reason to go straight to a big dose, cause you're already wore out when you been at it for a couple days so your body primed and ready for sleep and your mind should follow right after.

Unless of course you keep doing stimulants, which I feel is the major factor on how well this ploy works.
 
Taking downers after coke got me addicted to downers everyday and night,even though I'd only take coke once or twice a week, so go carefull or you'll realise how much you like benzos and be taking them on days or nights you don't take uppers

Uppers end up causing anxiety and insomnia even on days you don't take them, this is what turned me into a pill popper lol

But to answear your question after coke I used to take 4/5 x 10mg vallies or 4 x 7.5mg zopiclone, been known too take 6-8 of either after raves where I took mdma and speed

Not took coke since January 2019, not been raving in a year either so not done uppers in a long while

And before I quit vallies I'd take 100mg a night of them on no uppers plus tramadol, zopiclone and any other downer, oramorph, codeine anything lol
 
I was surpised by how quickly I was knocked out by 40mg of diazepam after my last crack binge, 3g over 36hrs. I'd got through roughly 60x10mg diazepam per month over the previous couple of months, so I was expecting my tolerance to be higher.

I think this is true. You might feel like you won’t sleep without an elephant sIze dose once you’ve been away for 2-3 days, but a regular dose is often all that’s needed to flick the switch to off.

True. But longer acting benzos like diazepam may be better for the comedown of stims that comes with anxiety or depression (like meth and coke) In that case, its not just about the sleep. You need the chill effect for 48 hours while your brain recovers and you feel happy again.
 
I'll take whatevers available. If I'll had say 10x10mg Valiums though, I'd start with 2 and go from there. Recently I had Xanax, crushed though so I just did bumps throughout to keep my calm.
 
For myself, the dosage would be 2mg Alprazolam or equivalent. If I really need something to end, I'll take 4mg.

Whoa! I only take 1 or 2 zopiclone, after a usual 36hr binge, lol. 1 for 3hrs sleep 2 for 6hrs. After taking them through it feels like I'm piss fucking drunk, cant walk straight almost falling over, but still feel alert at the same time.
