Maybe so but his lies abuse of power, and flat out incompetence is; which is what he dems needs to focus on.

^those are often misrepresented and lied about also (or shrieked about with major hypocrisy). For eg above someone said that Obama didn't put kids in cages. So he just built them but never used them? The media even had to retract a claim about a photo that they posted of said kids. They tried to blame it on Trump before realizing the picture was from 2014. Who was president then? Obama. People claim to be sick of the obvious lies of Trump yet they need to lie in order to make Trump look bad. This just reinforces how amazing Trump is to his supporters - if people need to lie and severely misrepresent claims in order to try and demonize him then he just can't be that bad..

So keep helping Trump win y'all.
 
Bernie Sanders said at the debate last night that he wants minimum wage to be $15 per hour.

15$ X 40 hr week = $600
600$ X 52 weeks per yr = $31,200

Bernie Sanders wants free health care for all and was asked how he would pay for it. His answer was raise taxes to 52% on anybody making over $29,000 per year.

52% of $31,200 = $16,224 in tax
$31,200 - $16,224 = $14,976 is your pay
$14,976 ÷ 52 weeks = $288 per week
$288 ÷ 40 hr week = $7.20 per hour

So much for 15$ an hour minimum wage
 
Did he really say to raise taxes to 52% on those making above poverty? I find that very hard to believe considering everything else I've ever heard him say.

I heard a story on the radio about a case study of 2 kids brought over as refugees by their parents who were separated and are still not reunited... the girl has been sent to one shelter after another and put on heavy meds and they won't allow the family to contact her and told her that her family doesn't want her. That happened under Obama so yeah. It doesn't excuse separating children now but I will admit I didn't know that until Trump. It's mostly because I was purposely ignoring politics and world events during Obama and Bush because it was too depressing consider how depressed I already was at the time. I made the decision last year or maybe the year before to start paying attention even though it's depressing because apathy is how we got here.

that is absolutely not his position.

per his website, the core of his plan is:
  • a 7.5% income-based premium paid by employers (the first $2M in payroll is exempt to help smaller businesses)
  • a 4% income-based premium paid by households
  • a progressive personal income tax. the 52% rate would apply to people earning more that $10 million per year. the rate for somebody making $30000 would be 12% which is the same as they pay now
not only that but the math in your erroneous example fails to take into the standard deduction.

It's also because the media didn't obsessively report on those exact same details like they do now - in order to demonize Trump. Obama was the darling of the leftist media so they blew smoke up his ass whilst he did much more evil things than Trump.

I have respect for the socialists who tell the truth about the media, “deep state” & false coup narratives. There are plenty. I don’t have that respect for Bernie Sanders. He lies more than his supporters. Just like I lost respect for phony right wingers who sell out free speech.

I don't like you so I'm not going to spend time looking stuff up for you to simply ignore or deflect.

But if one were to trust Sanders' claims/promises then they would be a[n] individual that cannot analyze reality IMHO.
