Does anyone know if its possible to get a case that was previously no further action reopened? I'm struggling badly knowing my ex actually got away with telling police he was hugging me when he tried to strangle me and trying to work out if going to a lwayer would be a waste of time.

no further action cases can defo be reopened but only usually in light of further and compelling evidence, which it sound like you unfortunately don't have
 
I'm smashed.

Just came from a Mini trip to tell the lad to my left it was okay after he tipped his spliff into my beer.

Then I opened my eyes and realized I've been in bed and home for an hour now.

That's not a question you should ask on here imo.
Go down to the police station and explain it there. British police can be very ok, you'd have to be very unfortunate to get a dodgy one. There is no statute of limitations on certain charges but it all depends on evidence, do you have it or some? Otherwise it will your word against his word. Again ask the police.

I used to be quite well known among the local plod in a good manner. Not many people have the balls to tell five theiving pikey's caught in the act who started threatening me with ' don't you know who we are' to fuck right off.

Unlike my local inbred pedo wankers. I left a google review explaining the previous sentence in detail which they only got removed by the corrupt google employee's. I even called two corrupt chief of police commissioners corrupt pedo wankers and they haven't had the balls to charge me with slander to the police it's such a joke.
Even went to the cop shop to explain in person to them, without using threatening behaviour, that the next time they drive on to private property and I manage to catch them that people would read about it in the paper. They haven't had the balls to show their faces again and they're pretty dodge here.

They switch off the gps tracker in the van and then go around beating up gays at the gay dogging place lol.

There is no statute of limitations in the UK for criminal matters, only finance.
 
Polices came to my fucking door today. Had 30 min interrogation about some minimal and an old crime as usual and got out just in time to eat and sleep after being awake for too long.

They cant blame me for ordering if I barely know what internet is ;)

Can they charge/ prosecute you for just ordering prescription/illegal things through the post? Can you just deny any knowledge of the package? After all, anyone can send you anything through the post for any reason

Although Customs often exercise reasonable discretion when intercepting prescription drugs (which while prescription only in most European countries are not generally a criminal offence to be in possession of without a personal Rx, something that is illegal in the UK) and will most likely confiscate and destroy them if only in reasonable amounts and provided the intended recipient is not naive enough to try and lay personal claim to the item. This of course will leave one open to prosecution as well possession of these drugs in general and is why Arnold pointed out why entertaining legal discussions on here doesn't really happen, every situation is different and speculation probably beyond anyone's experience. My personal experience... is actually something I nearly typed out in hypocrisy as my posts go on to long and despite it being somewhat relevant makes what I just said contradictory...
 
but if you don't lay personal claim to the item, why would it leave you open to prosecution and possession? I guess if they did a full investigation of your bank records/transactions they could see you bought it from abroad/darknet whatever and they could prosecute, but it seems like it might be more trouble than it's worth to investigate that and bring you to court

But I'm talking about postal to your door rather than being nicked in possession on the street.

Anyway, I know we shouldn't get too much into discussions about this here, but if I did get customs/police problems I think I would just deny knowledge that I ever ordered it. Both of the Kratom vendors from the NL claim they ship here without issue

If the laws are anything like what I saw up North you'll be on some list to be watched & have ALL your mail checked.
1 gram of pre-ban MXE got someome I know to have ALL their mail checked for a year, she had items of clothes taken apart, shoes drilled the fucking lot & was tied up in a legal issue for 18 months for 1 gram.
 
I swear it is times like that when I really think with all my heart & soul the state & "the system" needs to keep out of a persons life, nothing gets me more mad than the police & "the state" poking their nose into a persons PRIVATE matters. So what if I want to take X as long as I hurt NOBODY but myself & I'm fully aware of what I'm doing.


The Constitution of the United States is imho one of the most fine pieces of legal paperwork ever & if Europe had something that was half as good as that all these pesky cops & people that want to stick their nose into a private persons business would be sent packing.
