I was so dam close to getting 15mg Restoril . There was this cool Asian doctor I had in high school that prescribed me 5mg adderral because I told him I wanted to study algebra . I wish I had that doctor today his name was doctor Li and he was from China and would always listen to me. He gave me a sample of Restoril in 2009 because I told him I couldn't sleep. He was the most epic bad ass doctor on the planet ! . I'm going to see if I can go back to my old doctor at Kaiser.

So you're gonna sue the makers of invega and in the meantime abuse more drugs contributing to what lead to you having the forced injection in the first place? Sounds like a great plan, good luck with that.

If you read all isnortice91's posts over the last month it is very hard to tell whether he is 100 % authentic or 100 % troll. The extreme evangelical enthusiasm for meth no matter what make engaging on HR topics a challenge. The over-the-top sex stuff in most of his posts in the main forums is becoming grating (to me at least and I'm as freaky as the next guy). There are plenty of threads to talk out one's kinks and fetishes.

So you decided, on advice from a public defender, in order to avoid jail for essentially assaulting your brother [whether provoked or whatever], because you couldn't afford anger management classes, to go the insanity route. The court-ordered injection, invega or whatever, isn't working for you and causing distress. You are angry with your therapists and doctors.

(Side note: Invega [paliperidone] is not an SSRI. It is an atypical antipsychotic with diverse dopaminergic, adrenergic, and serotonergic antagonism. The quite strong 5-Ht2A antagonist activity opposes serotonin syndrome and the like. Not SERT affinity like SSRIs.)

Take excess amounts of stimulants doesn't show progress toward what originally brought you into this situation. Focusing on your dick doesn't either. Be careful of sensation seeking.

You need to make a case for yourself and how you have reformed / won't get in a similar situation. If you won't have shots and don't want to go to jail, what is your 'anger management' alternative? Just pleading that you were wronged doesn't work for a lot of judges, without insight or a convincing, logical explanation of the full situation. One-offs don't count with a pattern of behavior. How would you react to a similar situation? How can you balance your time with your brother, say? Why do you not have psychosis? What would other people see in your case? A clear, written down understanding, perhaps an apology or plan, and honest communication (not taking an out route), may be helpful.

I would be more upset with the public defender for blithely suggesting this alternative of injections when you say you don't have mental condition that would be relevant.

I'm filing lawsuit against them because in CA weed is legal I'm 29 not a teenager. So how come they the mental health system is anti weed?. If they would've just let me smoke weed I never would've tried meth.
 
You plan to have that hold up in court? Even if it does, that would mean expunging the records of millions upon millions in the US.

The system is against weed for a for a few reasons, including

1) 9-THC isn't well-studied
2) Studies that exist find THC at least inert, and at most toxic, to people of age 26 and under
3) People claim that it helps their mental illness, whereas in reality it very rarely does
4) It's a huge vat of chemicals of which we don't know how they react
5) There are more targeted medications indicated for the various mental illnesses that it supposedly helps
6) Cultural values
7) Not enough money for Pharma

Creators of invega have been sued. They actually take out a portion of money just to pay out for compensation every year. Now, let me tell you though, in America, most patients are made to sign paperwork in which they waive their right to sue. The staff get all nervous and go "just sign it here" when you try reading it. Sometimes I would take my time reading it even though I know everything that's on it word for word already just to watch them get nervous, lol. Funniest shit was when they made you sign that you were told side effects. Nah, you didn't tell me shit so I ain't signing shit, brah.

The scary shit is when they start pushing it on you but make it seem like you have a choice then after a couple of months saying "No I don't want the injection" they suddenly started to threaten to tell my judge that I'm not complying . So of course I gave in and took the injection. I don't want to go to jail for 6 months for violating my probation. Good news is on 23rd of this month probation ends . It's funny because the case workers and staff 2 weeks ago was telling me I have to keep taking the injection"it's good for you" they say that over and over again.
Then a week later I snapped and called my case worker and told him I'm getting lawyer and plan on suing the doctor if you don't let me go back to pills.
Now my doctor is telling me I only have to take it 2 more times and I can go back to my pills :) I can't wait to get back on Ripserdone so I can go a week without taking it and just get high :) every month.
I really fucked my self when I showed up with my pill container in my front t-shirt pocket and my doctor said" let me see that"
And like a dumb ass I gave it to him and he counted the pills and I had not taken them for 2 weeks and there was still 30 pills LoL
Then he contacted the judge and wrote a letter that I wasn't taking my pills. BUT the funny thing is the Judge just got mad and said make sure he takes his pills everyday even if you have to open his mouth and make him take them. The judge never mentioned me getting a injection!.
So this injection was 100% concluded with Mental Health department not my judge. But the staff and my doctor made it seem like if I didn't take the injection they were going to tell the judge. So it's a catch 22 . I'm fucked both ways.

Before I took Invega I had a awesome imagination I could read military history books for hours and use my imagination.
I was also learning how to speak German and found it to be very fun and interesting to learn . I used to go to my dad's garage write good speeches to lift people's morale , I would write speeches on right wing internet forums that would get 1000+ thumbs ups and would talk about how I would change the world through reactivating Fascism in Europe. I had 26,000 followers on popular website called EuropeRising (it no longer exist and has been taken over by centrist neo liberals who push diversity bull shit.
Now since the injection I forgotten how to speak German. Can barely speak Italian even tho Italian was my first language .
I can hardly find the passion to write good speeches that have emotion in each paragraph. I used to be good at giving speeches in public. When I was in Mix Martial Arts training I would always give good pep talks to boost my friends morale who were about to compete. I would talk about the meaning life the meaning of the European race , defending what our grandparents defended. I would talk for hours about Napolean Bonaparte and was highly interested in getting my military studies degree. And was thinking about joining the National Guard. But now since this injection I have no interest in anything. It feels like everything that made me, me was taking from me and now I'm just a mellow robot and that is too calm to give uplifting speeches, to mellow to go back to Mix Martial Arts, I'm to quite to , I'm too speechless to speak German it's like I feel lazy in a talking way. I also have no interest in reading military history. Before the injection I was addicted to reading about the Axis powers of WWII.
 
In all the case law I've read for the past 12 months regarding this, people who are complying with pills aren't court ordered into an injection, unless it is found that the pills are not acting fast enough. The judge will suggest an injection if you have a prior history of it though, and it will be a very short "trial" where you'll have little say, unless you invoke the UN conventions for the treatment of the mentally ill. The goal is to make the jury look biased as shit so they give you a chance to speak, but NEVER do so by directly attacking them! Instead, attack their arguments with the specific civil rights they violate.

I will tell you this, though. Tell them you agreed to take the pills but the doctor isn't helping you switch. Also, in some cases it's better to take the criminal charges and sit in jail instead of being a Guinea pig for big pharma. Pro Institutionalization liberals often make the argument that "its either jail or this". Well, most of the time cops just exploit the mentally ill, because they know it's basically a guarantee that something will come out of the stop this way. Look up revenue generation. Some crimes aren't even crimes, like marijuana possession. In Michigan before legalization for example, cops wouldn't arrest ordinary civilians for possession. However, if someone had a psych history, the cops would steal their weed and send them to the psych ward. I suggest building a strong legal case against the people that want you committed, this includes family. Record their every move, stay on their tails, but don't let them know your true intentions.

The "discussion" you have with your psychiatrist won't mean shit unless you have a third person in the room as a witness to what you say.

It was court ordered which means if I don't take the injection I will be violating my probation. So I take the injection in my Arm and now I have no dopamine , if I try smoking weed I can't feel any high like I used to. Eating doesn't feel a good as it used to. Listening to music doesn't feel good as it used to. I now have erectile dysfunction, I now am suddenly shy when it comes to talking to people I used to be extrovert and could talk for hours , but now since this injection I find it no longer interesting to talk to people. I found out online that this injection take away 70% of the brains dopamine and serotonin the chemicals that make you feel good. Can I stop taking the injection once my probation is over?. Thanks for reading my story I hope I'm not the only one going through this.

I made my account to reply to this, I have been out of juvie since September, I am 16 years old. I was put on probation after being randomly searched at school and having weed on me, they then reccomended me for therapy sessions where a psychiatrist told me i was bipolar, addicted to weed, had BPD and had me transfered to another person who did the same thing to you, told me I needed an Invega shot, I was not completely against medicine so I wanted to go home and look into it first. After about 10 minutes I realized the terrible intentions of this horrible, mind controlling substance. I then denied the treatment and was told I'd violate my probation, I ran away from home. I live in Virginia, USA and made it to Ohio over the course of 6 days by the means of walking and hitching rides from complete strangers. After a week of staying in a camper my cousin had the police found me, my parents had reccomended they search there. I was thrown in juvie and was sent to snowden (a juvenile mental hospital) all because i denied the invega shot.

Man I promise if I ever rise to power one day and become a military dictator of my home country Italy I will punish these doctors and send them to concentration camps for treating us like animals. The doctors make money for prescribing this injection.

Ya I just recently found out the Soviet Union in the 80s invented these kind of anti-psychotic injections to make people more dosile. It's really starting to piss me off. No wonder kids shoot up schools because their parents probably put them on anti-psychotic meds . I hate the staff members at the mental health department every time I mention that before the injection I used to be happy , they swiftly say "Well it's not good to always be happy". Who the fuck are these people!.
 
You’re not alone. I’ve been getting injections of invega since 2013 and aps since 2011. Nitemare. They keep prescribing them because it makes them money. It’s a punishment not a treatment.
