About a year ago I wait smoking weed everyday. Now I didn't realize it but I was slowly getting worse with fatigue . I'd say earlier stages. I had tried other drugs and worked ridiculous hours as well from 20-24 . I wanted to clean my life up and get back to the 19 year old who was hyper active .

When I quit things didn't go the way I planned. I had this really weird slowed down reaction which I learned later was brain fog. Totally normal for weed withdraw shouldn't last longer then a month. So I started going for runs everyday and eating lots of food . Relatively healthy . I started a job and realized I can't feel a relax or good feeling when I'm not moving . Hanging out with someone. Never. I got up early for my first shift only to realize I feel extremely tired as if I worked a 12 hour shift. During that shift I was just a decline from that feeling to me racing home to take a nap else I'd faint.

Fast forward some months and the doctor tested me for everything that could cause fatigue. Nothing. He assumed it's all in your head and threw medication at me. Lexapro. It caused my anxiety to go away but made my fatigue so bad I lost my job. My muscles were even more sore. From just standing for 5-6 hours. I'd eventually left and tried a nautropath who said I need to detox metals because theyvcause all forms of adrenal burnout / CFS. A paleo diet will help well i already eat healthy . I could improve on it but definitely not the reason I'm feeling so tired. I'm on here because I'm lost. All my hope is lost.

I sugeest a very low dosage of ritalin/ adderal (if thats your thing) stay away from the weed for a good few years imo it makes sleepy as its mostly indica. I have had a similar experiance. The democlese sword over thy head. Yes excersise helps, no doctors will just thow random meds at you making you sweat and stuff. alternativeley ( if i may say this) tramadol is an SSRI and stamina booster so semi anti depressive and gives a good buzz . then theres pregabalin but its not a long term solution helps with depression. but if you really wanna be happy, just stay off everything no matter how hard or harsh it may sound, we all relapse, sometimes, but for beng exhausted maybe codeine? its otc in low doese of 8 to 16 mg OTC or 30/500 (600 being acetomenphine aka paracetamol dont take more than 1000 mg para at one time it could give xou liver damage btu 60 mg codein needs a script but tis fairly stron if you are new to opiates. hope i helped.

I think you just work too hard, need more sleep( sleep sleep sleep !) even if it sounds disapointing. Your mind will then have a chance to repair and reactivate those glorousious synapses and gett you happy again!!!!!!!!!!!

I took Ritalin a couple of times in highschool to study for calculus and my focus was absolutely insane. I've thought about it. Just got a new doctor going to retest everything. It's been a year now and I've smoked here and there. If it's after work I can relax and I don't get my symptom's getting worse. I haven't done anything like MDMA since then. My job as a chef at cactus club is very intense so my body is adjusted but barely. Thank you for your suggestions I will look into it.
Small doses of opiates would that help with chronic fatigue? Only problem I'm really having is there's no studies on chronic fatigue being caused by MDMA. Sure there's brain damage but people have don't alot harder drugs for longer and recovered almost a 100 percent. I just don't want to get addicted to something. Tramadol sounds interesting

Well the mental health forum suggested I'm a hypochondriac and would be suicidal if I was an opiate addict. So probably stick to here. I'm not asking to be judged im just trying to figure out answers and help people in similar situations. My doctor things I have chronic fatigue syndrome :/

hey again! thanks for appreciating my post. First I have to say everyone is different in their DNA, Codein gets turned into morphine via fist past metabolism in the liver (basicly as you swallow it it goes right throught the stomach to the liver) some people have more or less of an CPY2D6 enzyme but still codein itselff is also not week in itself and paracetamol ist ok against very light pain. some have less some more of this enzemy but everyone has some of it and codein is fully natural not syntheti unlike tramadol(semi synthetic afaik). what that means is some people have a bigger buzz than others of ceodein and tramadol works prety muchthe same for most people. personaly cocoadmol aka codein paracetamol (most docs will prescribe this as its a light to moderate pain killer) and as a pain killer it will make you feel less exhausted, fact. so it could do the trick. try OTC first though like i said b4. tramadol is a bit stronger, can be dangerous at over the 300 mg per day limit. but if you take too much you weill feel like you have a electricity running though your body. What napoleon did was he gave his troops opium so they would walk longer be lesss hungry and fight harder. they probably felt a bit lovey dovey too :D Trust me that your brain will recover 100 percent, MDMA come downs can last for years actaulay but i never read about any damage! so dont worry it could be a really long come down. if weed helps you sleep and doesnt make you paranoid then you should decide on that. I just saw some post here I honestly coouldnt handle so youre all good mate. long story short go for either tamadol or codein. If it doesnt work youll be fine if you take it less than a week.

Interesting I never thought of the way codeine gets synthesized in the body. I'll definitely look into that. Crazy how long it can take. I'm just tired of the neurlogical problems . My intelligence is still there but I can't even smoke weed and go for a walk as my legs get weak . It use to be worse but smoke alittle but calm down. I did try Xanax for my insomnia and it worked but it caused my symptom's to be alot worse the next day. I tried an ssri Lexapro and the panic attacks went away but my fatigue got worse so I stopped taking it. I'm just running out of options

Hey again, that sounds Rough man. Take a new Medicine (old but very higjly dosed) called Ankermann, ist Vitamin B12 at a dosage of 1000 microgram, the Body might absorbe only 1/100th of the dose oraly ingested . And this is exaclt where the Problem lies, a lot of People just cannot absorb oral Vitamin B12 (especialy acoholics) ehich eventualy causes them to have conversation with themselves. Definitely ask a doctor about this stuff. I take it every day and will for one month. By te way this has been Chotrane reviewed!! double blind studies chowed only positive effects, especialy when the Patient had Fatigue just like you do. Next Chotrane double blind study that imrovde General life Quality is Iron suplements(dont over do them though if it helps good if not leave it. But aneamia is another reason for Fatigue. Then I read about milk thistle extract (only take it if it has extact of Silibin A and B) dried up herbs can contain toxic mold which is a bit Health Problem(Peanuts maize wheat grains in General anything left lying around too Long will get "bread like cancerous mold") try These Things. I have one final idea, it was named natural herb of the month its called Crataegus. It helps the heart , so Stamina boosting. That all I`ve run out pf ideas ? Pm me anytime I`m constantly on a Mission of self improvement.. Im no angel either ✌and love Rx
