I took a break from it and ate 2mg so far this eve. gotta update how high i am. Was definitely worth the wait.
Seems the more something/someone calls my name the more i ignore it/them. Is that fucked up? Saves my sanity most-times.

Timed it *just right* and got so high and time flew by and it was so sweet. Now I can enjoy my day and crash at a normal time like a normal person.

Gotta love benzos when you have them under control and they work great.
 
Just having coffee and snus (buccal tobacco), but I really want a few beers.

As a recovering I.V. addict, I've decided to spend the rest of my life with large amounts of beer, wine and cannabis. :D

Ahhhh DHC is at pharmacy ready to be picked up and God bless my mum just gave me 2 x Codeine Phosphate 30mg to tide me over 'till I get them.

Mum gave me 8 more 30mg Codeine and now I have my Dihydrocodeine, too.
Feeling pretty decent on 150mg Codeine and 300mg Dihydrocodeine :)

Granted, I was addicted to phenibut at various times, but when I take it (once a week or less), I need about 2.5g or so to get the magic. 1.25g was never enough for me to get it, before I ever had tolerance, 1.5g was about my sweet spot, sometimes 2g. Phenibut is all over the place with dosage for people, it really depends on the individual.

For a while I was getting light withdrawal every time I took phenibut, even if it was once in every 2 weeks or less, because of being physically dependent on it a few times over the past 13 years, but I realized recently that it doesn't do that anymore, which is awesome because I love phenibut and find it very useful for making sure I play music to the best of my ability for important shows. :)
 
been taking a break or cutting back on my normal routine so been detoxing so to speak, no H or any heavy stuff.
4mg k-pins and two beers the whole. its like 18:15. Gonna wait till 8pm and drop 50mg dopaquel and then thats me..
yesterday was just a few benzos and a little alchohol too

That's great if you can control the benzo intake. My problem is that I was prescribed to take it daily for years. Sure wish I had known then what I know now about daily benzo use. ?

I don't feel bad about not being physically addicted any more, but shit I could sure use something for anxiety.
