Not true! For some people it takes twice as long, if not permanent.
Maybe you didn't read the question he was asking me. The question was not regarding recovery, it was about elimination from the body. If you read the pharmacokinetics of invega sustenna you will see it there. I've read it quite a few times. Also drugs.com list this information.

It's not permanent for everyone. There is a list of recovered members from BL. I am one of them.

I'm 11 months off Invega. Life is good. It's worth the wait and for those who are going through it or just starting their journey through Invega my advice is to hang through it and rise from it. Become better than you were even before Invega. Use the knowledge that you were given. We saw the dark side to life. Not many will go through the doors we did. But others will still be faced with this poison and challenge.

My advice is to continue to fight and don't give up on yourself. Eat healthy. Exercise. Research. Find ways to get rid of Invega from your system.

Everyone who are saying it's permanent, I'm reluctant to believe and sometimes question if it's a ailment effect of their mental illness rather. I have done alot of reading on BL and talked to many people. There are many roads that lead to recovery. Find your path. Mix and match people's healing strategies. See what works for you. There are ways to get the brain back or close to back to it's prior form. Unless your on Invega for a couple of years the damage should be reversible. I received 9 shots and now I am 11 months off my last shot have lost 20 pounds and am exercising daily. I have been working for 7 months at an agency and I have noticed how significant my recovery was during that time coming off Invega.

You can't sit still and rot on the couch or in bed. Get off the poison and get better help in other ways. It's a sad world that we live in giving this to innocent people but this is our tool for the future and may you be all the wiser.

Drugs that helped me to recovery:
Adderall
Welbutrin
Marijuana
Detoxify mega cleanse

Happy healing my friends

It
He now has the energy to get out of bed and shower everyday. He plays with our kids. But there is a lack of motivation to do things. He did not lack motivation before the injection.

It will come back he's coming out of the doldrums of Invega it does take time to find the fire under our asses again

Was thinking the same it’s impossible to stay in your system permanent unless you taken it for many years. how can I contact you do u have mail adress?

Yes why??
Abilify is causing you akathisia which is the feeling of restlessness you describe. It has nothing to do with Invega.

Now I'm on Latuda which has a similar effect but I take my pills before sleeping. I recommend you do the same and you won't feel any effects from it.

Whilst invega is nasty to some, I think leaving spirits and satan out of it would add more weight to your case to be off the drug altogether....i've had divine realisations but those were separate to any ingestion of paliperidone. it's not too bad in tablet form. though for the margin of fools like myself whose bad acid trip has stung them a beauty in terms of perception permanently, doctors are left to muse over sczhizotypal etc mental disorders. no way was i owning up to drug use that wasn't automatically assumed of my age and status without any medical evidence to suggest that had occurred. it's a messed up system and way underfunded, alienates people and will either make or break you depending on if you seek attention from expensive medical professionals. i'm safer on my pipe than off my pipe, in one sense, but more grounded without. i think kronik sent me a bit round the twist seeing as synthetic i was dead against personally from the start. acid leaves a permanent affect on the brain, so really, someone can this lsd rubbish before someone really goes and does a number. it's so uncool.

Invega gets you back with the program, if you've managed to get stuck on an idea for too long. it has its merits. but the weight gain is horrifying and I would never go through it again. It was just easier to take what these doctors had surmised as truth, than admit I was in sheer need of guidance on every little action because I felt ultimately inadequate. There's a trillion reasons as to why. But it started off as deferring to bodily senses rather than hard options to obey my bodies needs than a quest to combat the tones or sounds of voices, anti-psychotics actually induced that in my case. But being abandoned in a psych ward also ruined my mental outlook because it was dour and droll and my longterm untreated depression caused me to withdraw from a lot of activity. being told you're a nutcase when you've been invited to join golden key by a bunch of foreign clowns doesn't sit well from my perspective. they always miss the moral of the patient's accounts. that, or the police are a seriously whacked out lot of gangsters with the hitch they have medical grounds to treat people on when they're the savants passing medicals themselves to secure work. figure that out. at least in my state, health and police records are inextricably linked.

Oh ok thank you for letting me know ?

Hello all, just checking in. So it’s been about 377 days since my last injection. NO IMPROVEMENT. Same problems. I’ve read up to date on the forum and it’s been a lot going on.

Congratulations to everyone who is making improvements. I know this is probably one of the best highlights of your year. Make smarter decisions so that you will NEVER have to go through this again. I’m just so surprised how some of you have recovered before me. I pray I will experience that healing.

I don’t know what’s next for me. My life has been altered, and I truly struggle in my faith daily.

I tried marijuana about three weeks ago (use to be an moderate smoker) and I did feel some effects. Although it wasn’t like pre invega, I felt a little better for the time being.

Also, I believe everyone who has said they have healed on this forum. No one has a reason to lie or fabricate their experience. You can literally see the change/shift in the mindset from the initial date of being off of it to the improvement. I, personally just have not experienced this.

Oh yeah, thanks Zach for the update on Yeshuah, I was very worried about him/her and prayed for him/her bc of the seriousness of the effects it was having. God is Good. So happy for Yeshuah. That honestly gave me a little hope.

don’t believe it that invega stays permanent in the system

U sure it's not from the invega?

I think it's from the invega, like it's happened before this feeling of akathasia. It's pretty painful an last for days if not weeks. I haven't been taking my ability and it's still hurting. I tried taking propranolol but it doesn't seem to help
