Golf Masters 2019

I know pretty much nothing about golf but I've always wanted to watch the masters.

When are the best times to watch nsa? The most critical/exciting times I guess.
 
Whats cool is the websites like the official site carry all the Highlights on demand. I work Thursday so ill just check the Highlights. Then ill be watching on and off Friday and get more into the tournament plot as it unfolds. Depending how it plays out sat and especially sunday can be epic. The masters has such good coverage, the Masters, history, music and drama.. . In many places the weather is shit for this weekend so its a great weekend to just cave up and masters. I watched so many while it snows or rains away outside.

So really you could just check it out Saturday and Sunday and be good right? I'd imagine they'll show highlights from the previous days throughout the weekend coverage.
 
i put $5 on molinari at 22/1 - fingers crossed. other picks include matsuyama - he's going to win it one day... i llke tommy fleetwood and matt kuchar to be in the mix too.

how awesome would it be if tiger won the masters!

I like the Tommy Fleetwood pic. Not sure this is his year, but I really like him. Class dude, great golfer. I think Bryson DeChambeau has a good chance. This is my favorite sporting event of the year.

DeChambeau had a wonderful interview after the round. Dropping Bobby Jones’ name and being classy as fuck for a 25 year old. I love this kid.

Speaking of Bobby Jones, my amazing wife got me onto East Lake a few weeks ago for my 40th bday. Humble brag, I know. But it was awesome.

Thanks, friends. It was pretty amazing.

Hawks game on Friday night with the boys and just before halftime my best friend who I’ve been playing golf with since I was a kid, but now lives in Colorado, shows up out of nowhere and tells me he’s gonna be our 4th at East Lake the next day. Huge surprise. I told myself I would not play East Lake with a hangover, but that was now impossible.

Got there early the next day, breakfast and bloodies, walked around the whole place, absolutely beautiful. Have a good friend that has been a caddie out there for 20 years and he was my caddie, so that took off some of the pressure. Just a gorgeous day. Played fairly well until 17 and blew up the last two holes and shot 100. I’m usually a mid-80’s golfer, but whatever. Smoked a cigar and had a few beers on the patio after the round. Bought a shirt.

We return to my house and there are like 50 people there, with a few more close friends from out of town for a massive surprise party that went until around 3am. Lots of mushrooms, weed and beer to get a little weird and giggle our faces off around the fire.

Even my favorite local band was there playing in the backyard, who my caddie buddy happens to be the drummer for. The wife absolutely crushed it. I have no idea how I’m gonna handle her bday now.

Sorry for the rant. It was just a really good time and 40 feels good.

Back to the masters talk.
