Nobody is denying that most of the expert pollsters got the election spectacularly wrong.
So I'm more inclined to take seriously the polls that were accurate previously. Very simple - the polls that have been accurate are more credible, and be highly suspicious of the incompetent ones/deceivers.

And that's not even talk about the other problems with the claim. Which is arrests don't mean successful prosecutions. But that doesn't really matter if the numbers themselves are wrong or misleading.

I've provided evidence and you've failed to disprove it. I remember checking an FBI source and the 2014 numbers from Obama were pretty accurate. Even by going by news headlines, you will find that they are barely comparable.
Obama was never serious about combating human trafficking, after a big wanky event Obama passed legislation which made the minimum sentence for child sex trafficking a $5,000 fine.
Meanwhile, Trump last year signed an EO which allowed him to seize all the assets of anyone involved with human trafficking.

Right after he signed that, Eric Schmidt CEO of Google stepped down. And we're continuing to see an unprecedented number of CEOs resigning and politicians not running for re-election. You'd think their mission would be to stick around and fight Trump, but running away implies they're guilty of serious stuff.

Also let's just hypothetically suppose for a second that those numbers are in fact true. Is that something that you all would support Trump doing? Can we at least come together and support combating human trafficking?

Correct. If a user is on ignore, for example, their questions will most likely go unanswered. That doesn't mean the person asking the questions has proven a point - it may just mean that everyone is tired of their bullshit.

Trump is a racist. Anyone still denying that should be ignored, because there is no hope of engaging in intelligent discussion with someone that is trying to gaslight you and constantly deny reality.

Back on topic:
I've found myself becoming quite fascinated in american news programs lately, because what we are witnessing at the moment is a unique moment in history playing out before our eyes.
I wasn't around during the watergate era, but the trump administration makes nixon look squeaky clean by comparison - and his fall, when it comes, will be interesting to observe, especially for someone like me who isn't especially invested in US politics because i don't live there - though i do have strong opinions about parts of it, obviously.

The guilty pleas of so many trump associates, for such serious crimes (many relating to trump's campaign and the russia investigation more broadly) is pretty incredible, and as i've been saying for many many months now, trump looks absolutely doomed from a legal perspective.
I've heard people call trump an awful lot of things in the past couple of years, from the apt ("racist cretin") to the absurd ("president") but i think "unindicted co-conspirator" is the most fitting.

His fans can go on about his amazing new clothes all they like - everybody worth listening to on the subject of donald trump tells it like it is - he's a very dangerous fool, and i just hope his house of cards comes crashing down sooner rather than later.
I suspect there are at least 5 aces in trump's deck, and the rest is fucking jokers.

That docs/graph does not equal evidence. That graph simply claims a certain figure, it doesn't really explain the figures nor how Trump himself is responsible for this.

Gee, saying "children saved" seems like a sort of hyperbolic way of saying "numbers rescued". It makes it read like something resembling propaganda.

To answer your question, I've been following the trafficking busts in the media relatively closely. You can look them up yourself.
Local stations are reporting on all this but the national media is largely silent, even though trafficking busts are very compelling viewing and would attract high ratings.
That doesn't surprise me when you learn that outlets like the New York Times hired Mark Thompson as their CEO, who was in charge of the BBC when they were covering up for Jimmy Savile raping and murdering children for decades. The same New York Times that calls Pizzagate "fake news".
And yes, Backpage is linked, they were shut down amid accusations of facilitating trafficking.

Here's something you will all enjoy, a fried of mine brought something to my attention which I disagree with Trump on.
The US Fish & Wildlife Service will allow elephant trophy imports based on a case-by-case- basis.
Trump still maintains his position that he is against it, and it may be difficult to for him to completely stop as it's based on court proceedings.
So I actually do agree with Trump's stance, I just believe that he has the power to put pressure on them to completely end the practice.

Whether Trump is racist or not is subject to opinion, he seems less racist than my dad and they are similar ages, he has far more obvious flaws which have been listed as nauseam, yet he is still President. It's hard to respect the Presidency when he does not act like he is fit for office despite his economical success.

I dont like him but mates do as he is entertaining, is that a good reason to enjoy this term? It's very hard to not get sucked in to the reality tv plot , so I dont watch the news and hope he loses next election.

Clinton was not a great candidate either, either way the whole thing is a shitshow.
