d-amphetamine (IR tabs) - Experienced - how I'm stretching my RX

So I've been taking d-amphetamine tablets for there abouts a decade now, was on ritalin from the age of five so that adds up to about 26 years of ADHD medication. I have been encountering a tolerance issue to the point that I have been raised all the ways up to 30mg IR tablets 3 times daily but that quit working and DR says that's as high as she can go fearing it will cause strain on my heart, I've tried vyvanse as well but only took it for a week due to incredibly bad headaches everytime I took a dose so I recently had a friend of mine explain the benefits of rectal ROA and I must say, its going well!!! I feel the effects as strong as I did a decade ago when I first switched from ritalin and its only taking me 60 mg a day as opposed to 90mg and feeling as though I was taking placebos.
My process and effects go as followed and have resulted in consistent results for about 45 days now.

Step 1. Crush tablet to fine powder. I use two business cards and a lighter and chop with razor blade accordingly. And make certain my bowels are fully void before hand.

Step 2. Pour powder into shotglass and fill 3ml oral syringe to about 2.5ml and gently squirt the 2.5 ml warm water into powder and stir until all powder is dissolved into water and I end up with around 3ml of thick orange solution.

Step 3. Prep anus with lubricant and prepare for insertion and fill oral syringe with orange solution.

Step 4. Lay on my side and insert about and inch to 2 inches of syringe into anus and squirt syringe evenly and steady and wait about 15-to 20 seconds to remove syringe slowly.

Step 5. I then feel a quick rush after the initial fleeting pressure witch lasts a couple minutes at most. I stay laying on my side for the next 20 minutes to insure I don't lose any and all is absorbed.

By the time the 20 minutes is up, I can already feel effects quite intensely, its an intense but relaxing feeling. Way less gritty feeling then any oral ingestion effect I've ever had but still very euphoric. Honestly the most euphoric I've ever felt an RX stimulant drug for Attention Deficit. This effects seems to strengthen to a peak for the next couple of hours and holds at peak effect a another hour or two until it gradually fade away with practically no come down effect what so ever. I repeat dose around lunch time and have a very consistent experience. By bed time, I'm in a peaceful state of bliss and think about the things I accomplished throughout the day as slip into some of the most substantial sleep I can recall ever having.
It took me a while to come to terms with taking something via rectum but I'm glad I decided to to give it a shot. For me it is the most productive and euphoric effect I've ever felt from my RX, not to mention I take 60mg a day. This is a big deal considering I have been taking 180 mg everyother day with none to little effects. If any one out there is having tolerance issues that are resulting in running out of RX too soon or having to skip to days, this approach for me was a game changer. Its been a month and a half and I had 30 tablets left in my last RX. If you have this problem, don't be afraid that dosing rectally will be a waste or that it will hurt. Its beyond worth it IME and will say on record, best and cleanest feeling I've ever had on d-amphetamine IR tablets/Adderall IR tablets and so stoked I found this solution I thought I'd share so someone else having the problem I had can end there frustration and get back on track, hope this helps somebody, thanks for reading peeps

Thanks for sharing. I agree that rectal administration is a great method of ingesting drugs. With psychedelics it generally reduces bodyload quite a bit, and it also, for most things, about doubles the strength per dose. Some people are squeamish about the idea of it, but it's really easy.

I started dosing rectal when my tolerance to oral route had hit a wall after 7 years. Its been 3 since and when it works its great. But there are times it completely fails. Even when I think im empty up there it just doesnt take.

Ive tried it so many differing ways, i.e. more and less water. Further in or not as far. I just cant get consistent results. Which is frustrating after i blast 20mg up there wait 30 min and nothing. Try another 20 nada. Ive gone through 80 mg trying to get it to work before. Ughh.

The rectal method is an awesome alternative to injection-use. I sing its praises like a medieval bard. I know it's not totally relevant, but this is a great testament to the benefits of rectal administration. You can get a "rush" of sorts without any of the potential complications of injection-use. Actually it's when you're NOT empty that it doesn't work as well (or at all). Any feces up in your colon and possibly higher will absorb the drug, and it won't absorb into your system. You should always wait until after you've totally cleared your bowels. In my experience, if you've got some still in there, rectal dosing can cause it to rapidly be ready to come out, which can cause the drug to not be absorbed. It's the only downside really other than being inconvenient sometimes (for example, at a party, or out in public).

But yeah, the dynamics of rectal administration most closely resemble intramuscular injection.

Maybe try some baking soda or tums before hand. Maybe its an issue with your bodies ph levels
