Apparently you are a big shot and medical expert except you can't call an ambulance because you are "known" yet you know so little about medication that you don't know you could literally take 10,000 grams of gabapentin and not die. Actually you'd only feel strange for awhile, like you were drunk and then have a memorable bowel movement. All drunk, familiar yeah?

Look, I know it's embarrassing to get sober and slowly realize the humiliating things you've done. All those deep regrets about not showing gratitude to the people who helped you.
You should really consider my iPhone idea. An act of giving would make you feel so much better.
