Soso, thanks, but the Clinton comparison--'consent' and 'staying quiet not bragging'; and not a defense: you can't go before a judge for some crime and say your neighbor's worse, and expect to go free.

And yes, there are many reputable news sources out there. Even your network nightly news, while dumbed down to mostly ads for Xarelto, and the viral video from last year, has news stories that are reported with a certain ethic that is lacking in what are known as tabloids. They are actually very easy to distinguish.

One immediate way to tell the two apart is the use of unusual typesetting. Someone with a sense of propriety and ethics doesn't use scare quotes in headlines, like the first link above. Just compare/contrast the New York Times with the Daily Mail front pages and you'll know everything you need to instantly discard the bullshit for evermore. Page 3 girls or leg cams are sufficient but not necessary.
 
Donald or Hillary really no difference they were both division promoting candidates. The president has never run the United states in my lifetime so I wouldn't be overly concerned about having an easily manipulated president.

He has little to no control over his emotional state. Small children learn that it's OK to be angry/hurt/scared but to not let those feelings effect their thinking and action. Donald let's loose with whatever he feels, predictably, so he can be controlled.

Division politics where both candidates are terrible choices for the job has left the American citizens yelling at each other for picking a poor choice. There was no good choice and the people who are responsible for bringing you these two should be removed from any form of authority. Why they are creating this fight is a question, why did both sides put forward a terrible candidate? Where are the great people that America feels they are made up of? As a country that boasts with every breath about how they lead the free world why is America about to split apart on its own?

You really need to stop fighting over how bad these two are, they were both terrible and the whole world sees your problem. George Bush was funny to watch so was Ronald but Donald is putting American politics back in the lime light as being poorly run. Perhaps if things get horrifying for the population you'll fix the broken thing in your system of government that allows inexperienced and morally bankrupt people to run your county. Certainly a more democratic form of democracy would be prudent to implement. It would be a good time to gut the system you are using as its hundreds of years old and has allowed the old money and idealists to entrench themselves in powerful positions that are not elected.

I agree with LM in regard to support behind your elected official, it is however nearly impossible to get behind a man who alienated every sub group during his campaign. Hard to support a man who openly asked for deportations and wants to spend money on isolationism. As public you need to force these stupid arguments out of the media. Who gives a fart in the wind about what Donald has or hasn't done good or bad, now he's in the white house and your nation is struggling with in fighting. Try to focus on your future as a nation and less on the individual history of your candidates. Contact your local representatives so often they have to hire extra help hearing from the people. Write letters, make phone calls and be involved in your government. Find the weak spot in your silly two party system and fix it.

Maybe Donald will be the impetus to make America great again but he is not the visionary that will lead you anywhere.
 
i think it's a sad day for america - and for the office of president - when the president can brag about assaulting women because he's rich and anybody is ok with it...

Or call for Russians to mess with the election on national tv
Or insult and degrade anyone he damn please on nat. tv and twitter
Or call for his followers to kick someone out of a rally
Or tell lie after lie after lie after lie (all easily verifiable)

Ohh I totally agree! I had to dismiss this thread though cause I just don't have enough patience these days to deal with these people and don't wanna resort to banter and insults like them. Props to you guys for keeping it civil and intelligent though! Can't drop to their level

You reported me already to your boss, get over it. You'd rather nitpick people's posts than contribute anything substantial. And I already refuted your point which you either ignored or failed to comprehend. I stated that these media-brainwashed Trump critics resort to name-calling without an argument. I have no problem with name-calling (as you cleverly pointed out) as long as it is backed up by something. Most Trump haters have nothing and will just resort to rubbish such as:

First of all this was not only a decade before he ran for office, it was a private conversation with a friend that was leaked. You also fail to mention that he said: "and when you're a star, they let you do it" - That is consensual, it is not assault. Are you now being sexist for slut-shaming women who are attracted to money, power and status? Maybe you've never had a woman let you grab her pussy so you can white-knight on the internet and label it "assault". The Democrats were sure that audio would sink Trump and guess what, nobody cared! Trump performed excellently in the voting with college-educated white women. Because they understood what's really important and did not fall for this faux-PC media smear BS. Are you going to pull an Ana Kasparian and tell me why all those women are "fucking dumb" for voting for him?

If you want to be real about it - the actual sad days for the office of the President, was when Mr Clinton was committing adultery (and by many accounts assaulting women) inside the fucking President's office.

What is your argument exactly? You've called names, but all I've heard for an argument is, "Biil was worse, you're all brainwashed by librul media, here's a link to a fringe site, Trump is the best, you can't PROVE he meant those racist things, and all I can yell is 'prove it'."

You gotta at least give us a format, you know:

Statement A: Trump's presidency is an objective disaster for the world.
Statement B: I continue to vehemently support him somehow.
Statement C: People who don't accept their problems are in "denial".
Conclusion: I am in denial.

Then we agree, and you find fault in the logic somewhere, not the people who agree with the conclusion.

The "private convo with a friend" thing is just ridiculous. They're not friends and it was during a recording.. Even Billy said it was totally uncalled for and couldn't understand why someone he barely knew was saying that. And if you listen to or read his quote, there's no consent, he says he just does it.. And another side fact for you republican holy men purist, he's married.

As for the college educated women voting for him, I would say doing something dumb doesn't make you dumb. However, having a college education doesn't automatically mean you're smart.

I'm posting because I don't want this garbage to be swept under the carpet. I agree that this can't be normalized.

It's important. Take Fox News and Roger Ailes; the person at the top sets a tone and in that environment this behavior is permissible.

It's like walking into a place with calendars and posters of naked women on the walls, except they don't have the posters, just the mindset.

OK found an "argument". I don't know who these women are, but the setup is:

1.You think Trump supporters are dumb
2.You think I'm dumb
3.Going to college means you can't be dumb
4.Here are some college people who support(ed) Trump

Therefore not all Trump supporters are dumb
Therefore I am not dumb.


Mx Method, I never said you were dumb. I probably said Trump supporters were at some point, and I shouldn't have. Oh, I said broken brains or something. That was wrong. Dumb is a broad unhelpful word anyway. There were some otherwise intelligent people who voted for him, mostly because of the thirty year onslaught of right wing smearing against the Clintons.

The problem is now though. The train is off the rails and the cliff is looming and everyone can see it but Trump supporters! We're shouting, "jump! save yourselves!" And you cling tighter and shout back "libtard dumbaaaaaaaaaaaases ssss... " as it goes over.

If everyone stopped supporting him what would happen? Can he be removed from office?
 
Watched a political show on our national broadcaster. Trump has policy agendas he has campaigned for. Repeal and replace Obama care and Tax cuts. Out of 228 tweets only 3 were on policy. His twitter feed including that cnn wrestling video is just distraction from the fact he is not getting shit done. Instead of his highly unpopular healthcare reform being stalled everyone is talking about that tasteless video.

He is just the most bizaare president ever.
