You Right Now.......

Thought the cutting edge of enemas was with the newest wave of modernly educated trainee doctors. The ones who don't realize that a needle should not remain on the end of the syringe. Funnily enough, the same ones as need to be stabbed in the eyes with a fork and have the fork jumped up and down on whilst its sticking out horizontally, landing on the vertical axis and taking off again, like a trampoline made from a dickhead with a fork in his eyes really. Alright, no not THAT much like a trampoline. More like a dickhead dr with cutlery where his peepers should be and whats left of those dribbling out of his ass where they were temporarily stored for reinsertion once the forks were changed for the salt cellar and chilli peppers.

I know a couple that certainly needs to happen to, like the two that tried giving me amoxicillin after asking about allergies and being told beta-lactam antibiotics (penicillins and carbapenems as well as the cephalosporins) less than a minute after being told by me not to give them due to potential anaphylaxis in the latter two cases and most probable with penicillins.

I've been on a (roughly) 3 week crystal meth diet, holding down my job, and not caring (on the whole) what day of the week it is. I'm a teacher (kinda). Why, and how, do you care/know what day it is?
 
Two oxy IRs brought with me to the computer. One up the nose, the other to follow right..about....now. Plus another moggie pill. Still got another box of oxy left though and plenty dipropionylmorphine very soon. That'll see me right and get me a good night's sleep, going to drop an extra couple of chlormethiazole and a few muscle relaxers (tizanidine/zanaflex 4mg tabs) and I'll be out like a light when I'm done playing fallout II. God that game is fucking funny as shit, I'd forgotten how messed up it is. Especially the fight sequences when you end up taking an aimed shot and for ex. loosing off a combat shotgun right into an enemy's eyes, splattering their heads open like an overripe tomato hit with a sledgehammer. The really heavy automatic weapons are pretty hilarious too, like walking around carrying a big minigun and opening up on some poor bastard with a burst of high caliber rounds from what amounts to more or less a portable autocannon, sending bodies twitching and shreding their flesh from their bones until there is nothing left of their torso but a pair of legs and a waist with a spine sticking out of the top, with a sickly squelching splattering noise. The messyness of it is overdone to the point of hilarity. Or shots to the balls, always resulting in a fucked up funny combat message that is usually sheer comedy. And flame-throwers, now thats humor potential with very little limit, roasting the buggers alive.

Just been dealing with a really tough bunch of bastards in a fight, but ending up chasing them round a cave system after letting them get up close, and loosing off a shotgun blast to the face, blowing out their eyes and leaving them blinded and floundering about, whilst my current assistant character wields a dirty great hammer. Shot to the nackers to knock the blinded enemies to the floor whilst big caveman guy brings down his sledgehammer on their skulls. Or point-blank head shots whilst they are down for lots of exploding head shits and giggles=D

I've been doing something similar for the last 5/6 days, though sadly only 7g of shoddy Sulphate to supply me. I probably should care given my current occupation is not exactly one that would look on a mid-week speed freak too kindly, to say the least.

I couldn't even register because every fucking pin is bent and they were fresh from the exchange today... HR at its finest 8(
