Dude, I can't wait for the 'Trump Tapes'.

He's seen as a complete outsider and the normal things that would damn a politician he is seemingly immune to. Think of all the shit that's known about him and yet he STILL got elected.
It's mind blowing. Stuff that a regular politician would be forced to resign over.

I have no idea how he'll work out as president, but it'll truly test the system of checks and balances we have in place.

Politics will be interesting for at least a little while.

People have been so tricked by the media into believing that Trump is actually, like, a decent human- I think I read droppersneck refer to him as 'the great one'. The GREAT ONE!! I mean, yeah, he has the fact that he isn't Hilary Clinton on his side, but that's really not enough to consider him 'great'- is it? Remarkably low standards abound in the modern world when a jackal, feeding on society, is elected by that society to feed on an even larger scale- in fact, the largest possible scale.

I'm not American, so nothing. Just watching from the sidelines. I played my part in our important moment (Brexit), American politics is for the American people to figure out.

Doesn't mean I can't join in the celebration, of the misery on the left, liberals and generally gullible citizenry. We've had the same inverted politics for so long, but now the zeitgeist is shifting, it's for the best, and no one was ever going to stop it from happening. Ignoring major issues for so long, creating stifling political correctness and shutting down debate through false cries of racism (etc), basically denying reality and trying to create this fantastical mental projection.. nature will always work to destroy such falsehoods. Always.

Neither Brexit or Trump would need to have happened if people would have faced up to reality in the first place. That's why I celebrate, because finally enough people are connecting back to reality and putting their power forwards instead of being duped into complacency and silence by the general consensus thought perpetuated by the media, establishment, and gullible liberal masses.

I think the media has played a huge role in this. Trump drew in viewers, sold papers (maybe not), got attention and ratings. In Australia, much of the coverage covered Trump- controversy sells. The media gave him a platform and he exploited that and the public got sucked into thinking he stood for something.

Do they really need everyone's acceptance and validation for them to be able to do it in the ass? They are a small minority, but the reason why they invoke it so much in the democrat media, is because doing it in the asshole is a symbol of their way of thinking. They cannot come up with a better example to describe how their brain works. It's very difficult to grasp the concept in one paragraph but in my opinion, this form of freedom based on open mindness is incompatible with a productive society where everyone needs to function like units.

I really don't think homosexuality is the biggest issue in the US. It didn't seem to feature much in the various campaigns, at least that I saw. The main issue was identity and bias.

I'm not a big fan of the PC movement. I think it is thought killing and can stifle progress. We need to be able to be open with the issues that face society. However, the reason there is the focus on it is because the way we communicate and conceptualise other people often effects how they get treated. Things like race and sexuality and gender are not chosen by the individual; it is unreasonable to condemn people for things they have no choice in, and it is futile because you cannot change the implacable millions of years of evolution that created human biology. That is my view. Hence, I will criticise the fuck out of people who are unreasonably biased assholes because they can educate themselves and become aware of their stupidity, but I won't ever criticise someone for a trait they manifest that is outside of their own choosing.

I am a scientist myself and I relate to the idea that if you're gay and you wana do it in the ass, it is beyond your choosing because it's in your DNA, sure. The problem occurs, when you establish a fallacy by extending this way of thinking to non-biological concepts, where the line between who is infringing on whose rights becomes very grey. So the matter of "you shouldn't be bothered by two women kissing" quickly turns into "you shouldn't be bothered by the social obligation to participate in group activities" or "you shouldn't be bothered by hypocrisy, lying and gossip(aka. communication), because this is required to reach the next corporate step in our democratic society".

So we're going from accepting anal sex between two men, which I accept just fine, to accepting injustice, lies and corruption, because if we don't, it's like hating on gay people, we should accept liars and hypocrits the way they are, because they have the right to live as well. That's when the line between rights infringement is reached, because the fucking hypocrite who does one thing and tells you to do another, and when you call upon his transparency, which is a company value according to his President and C.E.O., he fires you, your rights are being infringed, and while you might be biased against people like him, he totally deserves to go suck a dick, and you don't deserve to be fired.

So anal sex is unfortunately a gateway towards much more serious social problems, because the mindset in which you are in in order to accept that, leads you to believe that people should accept a lot of shit from you as well, while God's honest truth is that no one should accept any shit from anyone. No one should be infringing on anyone's rights.
