I haven't seen that movie, but since I loved waking life (also by r. linklater), maybe i should. I know that before sunrise is set in Vienna though. nah I've never been to finland, berlin is probably the most north I have gotten yet ;)
 
Watch it!

I was in Berlin a few years ago. Too bad I didn't listen much techno then, there was a gayclub next to our hostel. It was closed though
 
Ah man the Before Sunrise trilogy is so good. Linklater is without a doubt in my top five directors of all time.

Bagseed, so jealous you get to see Tycho live. He's supposed to put on a fantastic show.

Completely agree !!! Must watch for anyone interested in the topic of love.

So awesome how the topics in the movies mature and transform. And the whole chronology of the making. Wow. Great stuff.
 
Anybody here watch Samsara on a trip? My acid dealers raved about it and I gotta say, I thought it was pretty interesting myself
 
Woohoo, my China package with the escaline and so forth should be arriving tomorrow! It finally updated, it's through customs and about 45 minutes away, but just got to that large sort facility this morning so won't be here until tonight, out for delivery tomorrow!

In addition to escaline and 3C-E, I also got 5 grams of 4-EMC (not sure if it's even any good but it was $3/gram so like, why not?), a gram of 5-APDB, and 2 grams of mebroqualone, which should be fun to experiment with a bit. I'll have some fun party favors quite soon. :)
 
Awesome, can't wait to hear what you think about the escaline and 3C-E! :) My next order is definitely going to be some phenethylamines.... Time to shake things up a bit.
 
I'll certainly report back! Actually I think maybe this weekend I'll try escaline, I got it just in time for great hiking weather still.

I've never tried any of the psychedelic amphetamines. I would love to try DOC, but it is scheduled were I live, which is sad and weird because it's mostly unheard of here, from what I know. When DOPr appeared for a brief time I was so eager to give it try, as 2C-P is also one of my favorite drugs ever, so I was interested if some of it's character would transfer to it's Alpha-methyl version. But I wasn't quick enough, and now it seems like it vanished.

I'm thinking of maybe getting some 3C-P sometime in the future.

I just learned last night that next weekend I'm going to have a superior indoor setting to trip in compared to my usual.... I'm definitely going to do something, I'm thinking maybe 75 mg of MiPT. :D

That is a shame! I've only tried DOC so far, but it was pretty interesting. I've still got a good few doses of DOPR though too, and I know of others who do, so I'm hoping that maybe the hype can still be brought back enough for it to show up again. It seems like a pretty promising psychedelic from the reports so far, I think there probably just needs to be a bit more written about it.
 
Yeah I'm pretty pumped about the opportunity to try escaline in a great setting. :) Probably Saturday, hopefully I can find a friend to come with me.

As for DOPr, I plan to try it sometime soon, the 30 hour timeframe makes me more cautious of trying it. Of course DOC lasts at least that long for me all things considered, as I've gotten older the residual stimulation affects me for longer. Any time I take more than a microdose of it, I am unable to sleep that night and even the next night I am restless despite being exhausted. My one trial of DOPr so far might actually suggest that this will be less of an issue, because with DOC I get a lot of energy but DOPr didn't seem to produce much excess energy, at least at ~2.5mg. However next time I plan to try it at 5 or 6mg. My ideal DOC dosage has shrunk to 2-2.5mg, 3mg occasionally, and DOPr seems about half as potent as DOC.

Tomorrow this band I saw at a festival recently, Comeback Alice, is playing in town, and I'm super pumped. Those guys are phenomenal, some of the most impressive music I've ever seen. Anyone else familiar with them? I guess they're based in Florida.

I finally got back to the gym yesterday after 2 months of not going... and I sure am sore today, but I actually quite like the soreness that comes the next day after a good workout. I realized the lack of exercise was really affecting my mood dramatically. Everything just has been feeling worse, more emotional fluctuations, harder to handle adverse situations, and physically a distinct lack of that great feeling that comes from regularly working out. I can't emphasize enough how much it changed my life after I decided to get in shape after I did ibogaine. This is the longest I've gone without it and the difference is striking. Even just the one good session made a difference already.

Try living here: getting dark before 6pm already and clocks go back one hour on 29th! Off to Scotland in December where sunrise is 8.30 and sunset around 3.30...
Substances like metocin, which for me are excellent in darker days, are the go to in winter months.

My friend really lost his shit on just one hit of acid last time we watched Samsara. I mean, he really, really lost his shit. Some people can't handle the wonders of the world we live in :\
