I have some pretty bad rage and anger issues and Seroquel has kept me out of trouble.

Are you sure an antipsychotic is what you're looking for, OP? It sounds more like you want a benzo. Xanax is considered by most to be the gold standard anxiolytic-sedative. Some antihistamines, like hydroxizine, are also said to be great for this, and they're safer than benzos. And antipsychotics do not get you high and should absolutely not be messed with recreationally. Neither should benzos I guess, but that's a whole 'nother can of worms and as a frequent benzo user, I'm not going to open it.

Is Olanzapine better than Seroquel?? What about Clozapine,Abilify & Risperdal??

My psy suggested Olanzapine but I asked for Seroquel maybe I made a mistake?? Which one is more sedating/relaxing??

clozapine

Yeah I think Clozapine is the best but then I read about the side effects. It cause low white blood cells so it's kinda dangerous it can cause metabolic syndrome.
So in order what are the top 5 best anti psychotics??

All of them can have horrible side effects from what I have read.

^yes, and permanent in some cases (tardive dyskinesia). OP, I assume your psy has some reason to put you on antiphychotics, but do you actually have a history with psychosis or mania? You don't have to answer that, I'm just throwing it out there as it's something to think about. If anxiety and/or insomnia are your primary concerns, which is what it sounds like, I feel like your treatment should be far more conservative than antipsychotics. They should really be a last-resort kind of drug, IMO.

They excessively test people for white blood cell count. A few doses isn't going to to kill you. It happens to like one of every 200 people, after which they simply stop treatment. Generally speaking, the more powerful the neuroleptic, the more likely it is to cause you to gain weight. It has a very low risk of TD.

If there were really a "best" antipsychotic, then there wouldn't be ~15 of them on the market. They give out clozapine last bc of aforementioned rare side effect, sedation, and it can cause drooling.

OP, if you have a prescription, your doctor will be able to give you the best answer. If you do not have a prescription, and you're just looking to get high, I would avoid antipsychotics! They're not very recreational, and the risk is too high vs the reward.

hows abilify anyway, im being switched to it from seroquel, so far seroquels had least side effects then everything, still 600mg makes me feel like im going to die before i go to sleep, haloperidol is the worst experience i have ever had with a substance, chemical torture, been on zyprexa, paliperadone, zuclopenthixol, seroquel, haloperidol, risperidone, they do nothing other then make you feel worse.... theres no point taking it
