Seeing that chart really worried me because none of my movements look anything like those.

I've made a sample and I'm going to book an emergency appointment with the GP once the clinic opens. Maybe mine is normal but just not on the chart. Seeing as we have a few resident healthcare professionals, I thought I'd post a picture here, to get a first opinion, in case I waste my GP's valuable time.

Seriously though, I'm thinking of getting it upholstered before I take it to the doctor. I've decided on satin but can't decide on a colour.

I was thinking about going for number four but thought it was a bit understated for such an unusual stool.

So yeah, what the hell? I am a healthcare professional. And proud of it.

You really do get used to all of that pretty quickly or you chose the wrong career. We do get a lot of respect for what we do especially from patients. Occasionally you get an arsehole who carries on because they dont get what they want, ie drugs which has nothing to do with us as we dont write the scripts though we can certainly influence the doctors writing them. Or that we are not instantly there when they press the call button. Mostly folks love us. And friends / people are always glad we are around when someone gets injured or sick. Its very rewarding.
 
Yeah, i hear all kinds of stories from my girl.
Nurses always downplay it - but i still think you're all pretty amazing. Except the jaded Nurse Ratched types - but you get them in any profession.

Yes there are a few old, jaded and not person focused nurses out there. I worked with a couple. But the new generation have been trained to be patient focussed and i think on the whole we make better nurses even though i think there should be more emphasis on clinical hospital training rather than essays and academic stuff when you do the initial training / degree.

I bet you here all sorts of crazy shit with your girl working in ED. I think i am probably to old to cope with ED but i would love the energy of it. Never a dull moment there.
 
The Gay Blade account was connected to multiple previously banned accounts and has now joined them. In fairness, I thought it seemed like a genuine attempt to stop with the bullshit and post constructively but once somebody trips the magic 10 points options for return become extremely limited. We have tried making exemptions for people who seemed to be making a real effort to join in reasonably after a rocky spell put them over the 10 point limit but they haven't worked out which makes arguing further cases extremely difficult. Somewhat ironically possibly the most vocal member against allowing people to turn back the clock is now in that very position which is a real shame imo. Mass creation of alts has always been a surefire way to make the permaban list and I frankly don't know of any way to come back from that aside from flying so far below the radar there's never any call for an IP check.
 
The points on this account where all received in a day of blacked out fury - I can see how they were deserved.

Surely with someone trying to sneak an alt under the rader, being able to use Tor/proxies etc, would make it impossible for staff to detect unless they slip up and act like a dick no?
