I've been off suboxone for a month, and 30mg oxycodone for 6 days, have been doing nothing for 8days then using 1 day, dumb idea I know. I have tramadol and 10 mg oxycodone, even tho feeling crappy I haven't used again. Is there anything I can do to have more energy or something?

time.

exercise.

not what you wanna hear but get it takes time, and if you can get a bit active your endorphins will come back a bit quicker. hang in there. xo

also congrats on 6 or however many days clean thats fucking rad!
its totally normal to feel like shit right now, it will get better.

This. I would also stay away from coffee for a while as well. One of the reasons you probably feel tired is because in early recovery sleep is hard to come by, and if you do sleep it isn't always restful. Cutting out the coffee will help quite a bit.

Also coffee might make RLS worse which leads into worse sleep and therefore less energy.

I take Kratom along with Gabapentin and it works great for withdrawal. Some states banned Kratom but it's still legal and easily purchased in N.Carolina head shops or Vapor shops. Kratom is some really good stuff to help you with withdrawals but don't take anymore than two 600mgs pills or it can seriously hype you up,good luck, stay strong and ask Jesus for his help.

Tramadol helps but would prolong withdrawals.
I would try Kratom - This has been a god send for me.
I have not been using since and always helps me feel better.

I will second this. Put your energy into healthy pursuits and make sure you hold yourself accountable, if you do both of those things you will be golden. Self care is so important, I would honestly start with focusing on your passions, that makes things easier. But once you get your feet on the ground, like 30-90 days in, really switch gears to focusing on holding yourself accountable (with people you like, trust and respect). A balance between passion and accountability, pleasure and work, fun and sometimes not-so-fun, this is the key. Harmony and balance in all thins. That and remember to be as kind and gentle with yourself whenever you are in doubt about what is the right or healthier decision when presented with multiple options.
