Agreed. It's one of those things that in an ideal world wouldn't need a reminder cos it wouldn't be an issue but sadly this world is not ideal currently. I've put a disclaimer in the OP. Good thinking, Batman.

Unfortunately, iphones do not have that option. A copy of every image taken on an iPhone is automatically uploaded to the Apple website where it immediately becomes their sole property. Any attempt by the end user to distribute an image in the mistaken belief that they have any rights whatsoever, will be dealt with most severely by Apple's lawyers.

I'm afraid you have no option but to do an IPhone detox as they will rule your life. Don't worry, substitutes are available which are more forgiving as they have been designed by benevolent geeks who understand the concepts of standardisation and compatibility... ;)
 
Right, well im female for one and I can just upload from the Pc, was just wondering if there was an iPhone option I was missing ;). My photo is on my profile someone actually pointed out so I've obviously done it at some stage :)

Although it may now be obvious I've decided to resume posting as I feel some of my earlier concerns may have been unfounded....

I do however agree that internet security should now become a higher priority for everyone regardless of whether or not anyone admits to illegal activity...

Perhaps this whole thing (whether or not it actually happened) should be a wake up call for everyone (me included).

I think I may have over reacted a bit but got a bit of a shock the other day....

That incident aside things are a bit ropy ATM as I had to go back to hospital today since my leg isnt getting better. They took loads of blood and are doing tests but were talking about blood poisioning (although i personally doubt that).
